Being obedient to God
By Patsy Lambert - Contributing Columnist

As believers, children of God, we seek to please God instead of man. Sure we want to have friends and enjoy being with others, but our desire should be to please God and not man.

If we are not careful we will get caught up in doing things just to please others, but it want be pleasing to God. Then we suffer for not making the right decision.

“And he that sent me is with me: but the father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.” John 8:29.

Can you imagine how life would be if we would seek God’s will instead of our own? What a message when God told Abraham to take his only son and offer him for a burnt offering. Abraham was willing to obey God. He took Isaac and the wood to the place God told him. They went to worship God.

Isaac asked Abraham where was the lamb for the offering? He told him God will provide himself a lamb for the offering.

Abraham got everything ready and took the knife to slay his son. The angel of the Lord called to Abraham and said lay not thine hand on the lad.

Behold God had provided a ram for the offering. God saw that Abraham was willing to obey Him. Read Genesis 22.

Being obedient to God, He will provide our needs.

A daily walk with the Lord
February 14, 2020
By Patsy Lambert - Contributing Columnist

A daily walk with the Lord means we surrender our life totally to Him.

Nothing can take the place of a daily devotional life with Christ.

It is so important to have our quite time, our prayer time, and the time we spend in the Word of God. This helps us with our walk with the Lord.

We will become stronger and grow. If we draw nigh to God, He will be nigh to us. There is no way we can be a powerful and happy Christian if we don’t walk with God each day.

As we draw nearer to Christ it gives us a desire to surrender our life to Him.

He helps us and gives us a desire to be a help to others.

Happiness comes from a personal relationship with God. We know Him by faith, through grace.

“Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God.” Psalm 146:5.

We can’t work our way or buy our way to heaven, God’s Word teaches us Salvation comes as a gift of God through Jesus.

Being a child of God, we need to surrender our life to God and walk with Him daily. And we need to take time to tell others about our loving Saviour and His love for everyone.

The Cross
By Patsy Lambert - Contributing Columnist

The cross shows just how much God loves us. The cross is the only way of salvation. Once we have been to the cross, we will never be the same. Following Jesus will mean that we deny our self and bear our own cross.

The cross is an offence to the world. It let’s us know that we are sinners. It points out our faults, mistakes and sins.

The blood that Jesus shed on the cross is for our redemption, forgiveness and peace.

Can you imagine the shame of being on the cross with people making fun of and mocking Him? Oh how my heart aches to realize what Jesus endured for each of us.

“Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith: who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Hebrews 12:2.

Knowing how Jesus suffered for us should help us to be able to suffer for Him. Nothing we go through can compare to what Jesus suffered on the cross.

God has a plan for our life
By Patsy Lambert - Contributing Columnist

I love the story in the Bible about Joseph. God took the evil his brothers did to him and turned it into something good.

The brothers sold Joseph to the Ishmaelites and they sold him. He ended up in Pharaoh’s house. Joseph was over all in his masters house. One day Pharaoh’s wife told a lie on Joseph and he ended up in prison. The butler and baker were in prison also. They both dreamed dreams and Joseph told them what the dreams meant.

After two years Pharaoh dreamed a dream and Joseph revealed the dream.

God had a plan for Joseph’s life. Pharaoh made Joseph ruler over all the land of Egypt. There was a famine in the land so Jacob sent his sons to get food for them. After a period of time Joseph revealed himself to his brothers. They were troubled when they found out it was Joseph, because of what they did to him.

“Now therefore be not grieved, nor angry with yourselves, that ye sold me hither: for God did send me before you to preserve life.” Genesis 45: 5.

Joseph took care of his family. He wasn’t angry with them. He knew that God had used him in a mighty way.

We may not understand why certain things happen to us but, God has a plan for each of us. Will we be obedient and follow God’s plan?

It’s amazing how God took something that was meant for evil and turned it into something good. God does have a plan for our life.

Jesus wants every part of our life
By Patsy Lambert - Contributing Columnist

Jesus wants to be Master and Lord of our life. He wants us to present our bodies to Him. He wants all of us not just a part.

Does our ears, eyes, mouth, hands, feet and our desires belong to God?

What are our ears listening to. What are our eyes looking at? Where do our feet take us? Does our mouth say things to up lift and encourage others?

Our tongues can be used to bring honor to God or it can do harm to our self and others. Do we use our hands to be a help to others?

Our body should be a living sacrifice to Christ.

“I BESEECH you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.” Romans 12:1.

God wants us to be happy and enjoy the things He has blessed us with, it is our portion.

After becoming a Child of God it is amazing how our desires change.

When Jesus is the Master and Lord of our lives, we will be different. He tells us old things will pass away, behold all things become new.

Jesus wants every part of our life.

Real peace in Jesus
Some people have no stability in their lives. They are constantly looking for things to satisfy them. The reason they never find the happiness they are looking for is they have left God out of their lives, and without Him there is no real peace and joy.

A person can spend all the money they have trying to find something that will make them happy. Sure, things we buy will bring us a little joy for awhile. Then we start looking for something else.

Money can’t buy the most important thing that gives us lasting joy and real peace — and that is salvation.

At times we feel our lives might be like the sea, tossing us around like it does the waves.

“But the wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt. There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked.” Isaiah 57: 20-21.

There is nothing that can compare to the peace that we have in Jesus. He alone gives that kind of peace.

I love the song, The only real peace that I have dear Lord is in you.

Do you have real peace in Jesus?

Prayer is so powerful
March 13, 2020
By Patsy Lambert - Contributing Columnist

Prayer is so powerful, when we pray we are to believe that God will answer our prayer.

It may not always be answered the way we want, but God is in control of our life and He will answer our prayer according to His will. He knows what is best and we have to depend on Him taking care of the situation.

His way and His time will always be best for us.

Elijah built an altar, he built a trench and put the wood in place, cut the bullock in pieces and placed it on the wood. He told the people to pour water on the sacrifice and on the wood. They did that three times.

Elijah prayed, “Hear me, O Lord, hear me, that this people may know that thou art the Lord God, and that thou hast turned their heart back again. Then the fire of the Lord fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench. And when the people saw it, they fell on their faces: and they said, The Lord, he is the God; the Lord, he is the God.” 1 Kings 18: 37-39

The people saw how God had answered Elijah’s prayer.

We serve the same God today. Prayer is so powerful.

God’s amazing grace
By Patsy Lambert - Contributing Columnist

Grace is the unmerited favor of God toward mankind. Grace can not be bought. It is a free gift of God.

When we think of Jesus dying on the cross, we can be assured that God’s grace is real. The grace of God has proven to be real through many experiences we have been through and has been found to be enough grace for the problems we have faced and will face. We may not understand the grace that God has for us. The song Amazing Grace helps us to be thankful of God’s Grace. This song never gets old.

“Amazing grace, how sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me. I once was lost but now I’m found, was blind but now I see.”

“Through many dangers, toils, and snares I have already come. Was grace that brought me safe thus far and grace will lead me home. “

“Was grace that taught my heart to fear and grace my fears relieved. How precious did that grace appear the hour I first believed.”

When we’ve been there ten thousand years bright shinning as the sun. We’ve no lest days to sing God’s praise than when we first begun.

How many times have we sung this song in church and really realized the true meaning of it. God’s grace is free to everyone for the asking.

“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.” Ephesians 2:8.

The only way to Heaven
By Patsy Lambert - Contributing Columnist

The only way to Heaven is Jesus Christ. God loves us and wants us to be with Him in Heaven forever. The only way for us to get to Heaven is by the blood of Jesus Christ being applied to our heart.

On the cross all our sins were transferred to Jesus and He died in our place. We deserved to die for our sins, but Jesus took care of our sins when He died on the cross.

We will never be good enough to go to Heaven, but God loved us so much He gave His only begotten Son to pay our sin debt.

Now we are forgiven and when we accept Jesus that’s how we can enter Heaven.

“For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” 2 Corinthians 5:21.

So many people think their righteousness will get them to Heaven, but our righteousness is as filthy rags.

“Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” Acts 4:12.

The only way to Heaven is Jesus Christ.

Does God really care about us
By Patsy Lambert - Contributing Columnist

We may wonder from time to time, does God really care about us and what is going on in our life. The answer is sure He does. He loves us. The cross really shows us just how much He loves us.

When we read about Paul and the things he went thought he probably thought the same thing.

“For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we were despaired even of life: But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead: Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us.” 2 Corinthians 1:8-10.

When we are going through difficult times, we can know that God is the one we put our trust in and not ourselves.

The blood that Jesus shed on the cross is for our forgiveness and peace.

So we don’t need to wonder does God really care about us. We know He does.

We will reap what we sow
By Patsy Lambert - Contributing Columnist

When things go wrong, we have always heard the saying, the devil made me do it. But the truth is we are responsible for a lot of the things we go through, because we make the choice.

We know that Satan is real and he loves evil. And it brings him joy when we make the wrong choice.

Before Satan rebelled against God, the world was perfect. There was no sin or evil. But now we live in a world filled with sin. Satan doesn’t cause every bad thing that happens to us.

Sometimes we don’t know the reason, but at times we are responsible.

“But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.” James 1: 14-15.

If we turn our backs on God and follow our own sinful desires instead of God’s will. We will pay, as the Bible tells us.

“Be not deceived, God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.” Galatians 6:7.

We need to be careful of what we sow. We will reap what we sow.

The Bible
By Patsy Lambert - Contributing Columnist

The Bible is so important, because it is God’s Word. It isn’t a collection of stories that men made up. It is written by people that had been with Jesus and were inspired by the Holy Spirit.

“For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.” 2 Peter 1:21.

The Bible is given to us so we can know the Lord and know His will for our lives. God has not changed and neither has the Bible.

Our need for Christ and His salvation should be stronger today than ever before. The Bible let’s us understand that Jesus Christ, who was God in the flesh came from Heaven to save us from our sin.

From the beginning of the Bible until the end we can see and know the hope that we have in Jesus.

God wants us to read and understand His Precious Word. We need to always remember how important the Bible is to our lives.

True Happiness
By Patsy Lambert - Contributing Columnist

True happiness only comes when we don’t have to wonder and worry about where we will spend eternity.

God has made a way where we can be assured about Heaven being our home. Hell was prepared for the devil and his angles, not for us.

So much of our lives we have been taught there are certain things you have to do or not do to become a Christian.

In the Old Testament was the law the people had to live by. They had to make different sacrifices for certain things.

But the good news is that God sent His Only Begotten Son as our sacrifice to pay our sin debt. Jesus came to fulfill the law.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16.

Jesus will let us know what we need to do or not do, not other people.

We have a choice. We can dwell on things that make us unhappy or we can dwell on things of God and experience true happiness.

Resisting temptations
By Patsy Lambert - Contributing Columnist

Satan temps us and he is called the tempter. He is called the source of all temptation, and he only succeeds because we let him. We let him succeed because of our weakness.

This is one reason Why we need Jesus. Only He can forgive us when we sin, and only He can give us strength to resist the temptations of Satan.

Remember how Satan tempted Jesus? The first one was "If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread."

The second was "If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down."

The third was "Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and he sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them. And saith unto him, all these things I give thee, it thou, wilt fall down and worship me."

"Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence Satan: for it is written, Thou Shalt Worship The Lord Thy God, And Him Only Shalt Thy Serve." Then the devil, leaveth him and behold the angels came and ministered unto him. Matthew 4:1-11.

We need the Word of God to help us resist temptations.

One day this life will be over

Our years on Earth are hard. There is much trouble and sorrow. But the Bible tells us we will suffer in this life. There are many people that have some kind of problems. We are living in a world where people think it's alright to do anything they want whether it's sin or not.

One day this life will be over and the ones that have accepted Jesus as their Lord and Saviour will life in a place where there will be no more trouble and sorrow. In this life we enjoy a lot of happiness. Spending time with family and friends brings a lot of joy and happiness.

When we see others going through heart aches and sorrow it's a blessing to be able to encourage them and let them know we care about them and what they are going through.

God has given us a love to share with others. That's one way God uses His children to bring glory and honor to Him.

God uses us to be a help and encouragement to someone that needs compassion and understanding.

"The days of your years are threescore and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labor and sorrow; for it is soon cut off and we fly away." Psalm 90:10.

While we are on this earth let's serve God with joy and gladness, because one day this life will be over.

When Jesus comes back
By Patsy Lambert - Contributing Columnist

When Jesus comes back, all evil will be destroyed. There will be no more war and no more fighting. A lot of people don't want to believe in the return of Jesus. Some don't even believe in Jesus.

It will be a sad day for all the ones that don't believe, when Jesus does return.

The first time He destroyed with water, the next time will be with fire.

"But the heaven and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men." 2 Peter 3:7.

For the believer there will be everlasting joy.

"Therefore the redeemed of the Lord shall return, and come with singing unto Zion: and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away." Isaiah 51:11.

Until that day with anticipation we wait for the blessed appearing of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

"And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye, may be also." John 14:3.

Are you ready for His return? Because Jesus is coming back.

Only God can forgive sins
By Patsy Lambert - Contributing Columnist

Only God can forgive sins and make us a part of His family. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.

"Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." Acts 4:12.

When we read God's Word, we get the understanding that Jesus was not only a great man, but He was God in human flesh.

We cannot save ourselves, many people think that good works is enough to get them to heaven. We can come to know God in His righteousness and holiness. God convicts us of our sins, and it's up to us to confess and let God cleanse us.

It's by faith in God that we have a relationship with Christ. There are so many things we may not understand, but if we believe that Jesus was born of a virgin, they hung Him on a cross, and He arose that's enough to get us to heaven. We all sin and come short of the glory of God, that's why God sent Jesus to forgive our sins.

Don't be deceived in thinking you have to do certain things to be in God's family. Ask Jesus to come into your heart and He will change your wants and ways. Only God can forgive sins.

We ask God to give us complete knowledge of his will and give us spiritual wisdom and understanding. A person who prays to God can change the course of a nation. Together we can make a difference.

Let's pray for America. We ask God to give us complete knowledge of his will and give us spiritual wisdom. May we be overflowing with gratitude. Salvation can be established in our faith.

Rev. Pat Robinson believes God is at work in America today. He believes it is God's will to perform miracles as we reach up to him and pledge for prayers for America today. May God bless you and answer every need in the days ahead. May the blessings of today be the blessings we need the most.

God has a reason for our lives
By Patsy Lambert - Contributing Columnist

God never does anything without a reason. Each one of us are in God's plan.

He has us where we are for a reason. He wants to use us for His glory.

We may not understand God's plan for our lives, but God's ways are so much higher than ours. We may have all kind of plans for our life, but God may have other plans for us.

We go through situations and wonder why things turned out the way they did.

At that time we did not understand, but later when we think about it we can see how God worked things out for our good and His glory.

"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts." Isaiah 55: 8-9 God calls us to be instruments of His love in this world.

He has a reason for our lives. This world is not our final home. We have an inheritance that can never perish, or fade away because of what Jesus has done for us. "To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you." 1 Peter 1: 4.

God has a reason for our lives.

Blessings come from God
By Patsy Lambert - Contributing Columnist

God tells us that blessings only come from following Him.

"Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord. Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart." Psalm 119: 1-2.

Make sure Christ is first in your life, and live according to His Word.

The way of the world is have a good time, live for yourself and strive to be successful, and you will be happy and blessed.

We know that blessings only come from God and true happiness is being a child of God. Some people seem to have all the material things they want, but down inside they are spiritually empty.

Until we realize all the material things will vanish away, but a relationship with Jesus Christ will last forever.

It breaks my heart to see people so wealthy and own so much, but they are so miserable. Something is missing in their life and until they realize how much they need Jesus they will continue to be miserable.

But in Jesus Christ we can be happy and receive the blessings that come from God.

How to begin the new year with Jesus

What a reliable way to go into 2019 held by the hand of Jesus. He is the wisest of all counselors, the strongest of all defenders, the richest of all benefactors and the nearest of all friends. We can trust an unknown future to a known God.

The New Year can begin a new chapter in our lives. We will discuss how to begin the year with Jesus. The magic of Christmas is remembered when God gave one Gift that is above all other gifts, Jesus Christ. The mystery of a new year remains.

Above all else, there must be a personal relationship with Jesus. A daily association with Him can be shared by prayer, by the sacraments and worship. Thank Him for the gift of life for another day, it is an unearned gift. Thank Him for the hope of heaven and the agony He endured on the cross to save us from endless death.

Sunday is the "crown of the week." The worship of God is not to be conferred when it is convenient. It is our reason for existence; honor it with worship. Stewardship – we own nothing personally. All belongs to God who makes life's gifts possible – a temporary loan. In turn we have a standard of offering back to God part of which He has loaned us – a tithe. The last act of stewardship is your will which should be a bequest to your church, your spiritual home in the world. Holy Scriptures are to be read daily to learn about God's will for us. Jesus first, others next, self – last, brings the only tranquility in a less than tranquil world is for all. The gift of Jesus is for all who receive Him. If we accept the Gift, it is our for eternity. Because God loved the world, He gave His Son to mankind forever. Jesus is a gift that you simply receive and accept Him as Savior and Lord. Through Jesus comes salvation, joy, peace, healing, prosperity, happiness and every other good and perfect gift. Receiving Jesus as Savior will make 2019 your best New Year.

God has given many other gifts. Healing (1 Peter 2:24). The gift of peace (John 14:27) provides peace in the midst of trouble and despair. His promise, He will take care of you and meet your needs. Love – nothing can separate you from God's love (Rom 8:35-39). You also have been given eternal life. There is life after death, and as a Christian you have a promised reward in heaven.

We will be hanging up a new calendar as we celebrate the arrival of the New Year. This is the beginning Jesus as Savior of a new chapter in our lives. Receiving Jesus as Savior will make this your best year. He is the only answer.

You are encouraged today to take the gifts God has given you, unwrap and enjoy them. Make them a part of your life all year round. Prepare for a personal revival during 2019. Ask some basic questions and treat them as a kind of personal inventory of the heart.

Only Christ can save us
By Patsy Lambert - Contributing Columnist

We should never lose sight of the fact that we are saved by our faith in Christ, not by our good deeds.

Only Christ can save us. He was the sinless Son of God who took all our sins upon Himself when He died on the cross.

"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them." Ephesians 2: 8-10.

God wants us to present our whole life to Him. We should strive to be pleasing to the Lord and do things that will bring glory and honor to Him.

"And Thou Shall Love The Lord Thy God With All Thy Heart, and With All Thy Soul, And With All Thy Mind, And With All Thy Strength: this is the first commandment." Mark 12:30.

When we are truly saved Christ will make a difference in our life.

Only Christ can save us.

God is great and God is good

Christmas Day has come and gone, but the Birth of Jesus will linger on. For every child of God we celebrate the Birth of Jesus each day that we live.

How wonderful to know that God lives within our heart.

As we begin a New Year let's always remember what God has done for each of us. We try to make resolutions to do better, go on a diet, and so many other things. The most important thing we could ever do is accept Jesus as our Lord and Saviour and live for Him.

If He comes today are you ready to meet Him? Would Heaven be your home? It is so important to know for sure that you are saved.

God forgives all sin no matter how big or how small. The good part is He remembers them no more.

"As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us." Psalms 103: 12.

Satan will try to bring them back to our mind, but think of God's Mercy and Grace. God is greater than anything we have to go through.

God is great and God is good.

Happy New Year everyone.

Fear is a twofold word

The Bible says "Fear not, for I am with thee. Genesis 26:24. But the Bible also says Fear the Lord. Fear is a twofold word. One kind of fear is being afraid, we all are afraid from time to time.

The fear of the Lord is not to be afraid of Him. This kind of fear is to treat God with respect and trust . We reverence God for who He is, What He has done, what He is doing, and what He is going to do.

If we truly fear God with our whole heart, then we have nothing to fear.

"And now, Israel, what doth the Lord thy God require of thee, but to fear the Lord thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul." Deuteronomy 10:12.

God doesn't want us to be afraid of Him. He loves us and He wants our love in return.

The fear of God means that reverence for God which leads to obedience when we realize His power.

"The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom." Psalm 111:10.

Patsy Lambert #fundie newberryobserver.com

God's promises are true

Can we believe and trust that God keeps His promises. He has promised to be with us always, and His promises are true.

"Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee." Hebrews 13:5.

When things in this life seem hopeless and we have problems come our way, even if it looks as if God is far from us. He is with us.

We can trust God's promises, because He does not lie, nor change His mind.

"God is not man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent." Numbers 23:19.

Many times when God seems so far away, He is actually carrying us.

God knows what we are going through and we can trust Him to be with us.

He never promised that our way will always be easy and no problems, but our greatest comfort is knowing that He is with us, no matter what.

We can be assured that God's promises are true.

Good works won't get us to Heaven

Some people are deceived in thinking their good works will get them into Heaven. Some will say I'm a good person. I'm not perfect, but I try to do what's right.

"God tells us there is none good, but the Father which is in Heaven."

We all sin and never could be perfect, no matter how hard we try. There was only one perfect and that is Jesus Christ.

"As it is written, there is none righteous, no not one." Romans 3:10.

"Our righteousness are as filthy rags." Isaiah 63:6

There is no way we could make it to Heaven without Jesus. Our hope is in Jesus and not ourselves.

"For by grace are ye saved through faith: and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast: For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

We should tell others to repent of their sins and trust Jesus alone for salvation. Good works want get us to Heaven.

What's wrong with marijuana?

(The author argues against marijuana legalization. She says that marijuana is getting more potent, that it can cause disease, that "users showed an increase in violent and aggressive behavior," and that it doesn't really have medicinal qualities. Then she finishes with this as her closing point.)

A Physical and Spiritual Sin — Controversy over marijuana seems partially from confusion on the subject. Effects differ from person to person with the same amount of the drug and even occasion to occasion in the same individual. Some emphasize this and the pleasure of the high, to argue that everyone should be "free" to use cannabis. To clear the confusion, we have to open our Bibles.

(1 Corinthians 6:20) Scripture reveals that our bodies and minds are not our own to abuse. God commands us "Glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's." An incredible, eternal future awaits each of us when we turn to God to let Him develop our minds and character. Intoxicating ourselves on the "pleasures of sin." (Hebrews 11:25) and the "lust of flesh" destroys this incredible human potential. (Galatians 5:16, 1 John 2:16). If you have a problem with drugs, you can beat it! Philippians 4:13 says all things are possible with Christ strengthening us. "Come boldly unto the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need." (Hebrews 4:16)

Yes, you are definitely certifiable!!!
What is wrong with the brains of these people? The "data" has been proven to be false and not reliable! The Earth has gone through repeated periods of "climate change"! Since day one of it's existence! EONS BEFORE THERE EXISTED ANY TYPE OF INDUSTRIAL ACTIVITY, OR, ANY HUMANS!
SCIENCE IS NOT DONE, NOR IS IT RELIABLY USABLE BY CONSENSUS!

Hopefully not! But, with the constant indoctrination in schools and colleges by rabid left wing anti USA socialists what else would you expect?
