What is the speed of science? Hard to say, I'd say just as asinine a concept as the color of literature or the texture of spelling.
The time between someone taking the "jab" and dying? Well, you obviously don't know how speed, time, correlation, or similes.
Science, the pursuit of knowledge and the understanding of the universe, is an endless endevour, for it is not a treasure hunt but a far-ranging undertaking giving rewards with every step, and every answer opens up further mysteries to explore. It is a process that has gone on for ages, with us standing on the shoulders of generations of giants, and we in turn are providing the groundwork for future generations of researchers.
