The elite, like the greys, kidnap women and impregnate them with the exact same genetic structure of the person they wish to clone; these clones are a disposable slave race forced to follow orders of their overseers. At Dulce base there are seven levels that go underground. In order, there are levels for security and communications, human staff housing, laboratories, mind control experiments, alien housing, genetic experiments, and cryogenic storage. Footage has been smuggled our of Dulce; footage of cryogenic tanks, and cloning centers. The cryogenic storage level is used to hold unused organic clones. The CIA has now gained the ability through technology to transfer the consciousness from one body to another. One thing to keep in mind is that our consciousness is the same thing as a spirit or soul, it is pure energy; our bodies are organic machines, completely made up of organic materials, a biodegradable robot to house our consciousness.

These clones are implanted with a micro chip in the brain, possibly where the pineal gland resides, and enables a telepathic communication channel; They can detect and decode your brain waves, see and hear your thoughts. They are all under the watchful eye of one another.
