Women also have economic obligations. If the male cannot earn enough to make the house payment, he’s not the only one to be turfed out onto the street.

In many states the only satisfaction involved is the employer’s. They should be free to choose the best worker for a given position.

Who really gives a flying fuck about ‘satisfying’ work? I mean, why should we institutionalize discrimination for a guy to really enjoy going to work each day?
To quote the arguments in the Minimum Wage debate, if you don’t like your job, quit and get a better one.
