Bryan Fischer #fundie #homophobia rightwingwatch.org

Last week, the Washington Supreme Court ruled unanimously that florist Barronelle Stutzman had violated the state’s anti-discrimination law when she refused service to a customer seeking to purchase flowers for a same-sex wedding.

Predictably, the ruling did not sit well with extremist anti-LGBTQ Religious Right activist Bryan Fischer, who railed against the “gay Gestapo” on his radio broadcast last Friday, comparing the decision to Kristallnacht, the infamous “Night of Broken Glass” in which thousands of Jewish homes, businesses and synagogues were looted and destroyed in Nazi Germany.

“This is the gay Gestapo,” Fischer said, “these are the jack-booted homosexual fascists of the LGBT movement; they are imposing tyranny and they are imposing slavery. They are bringing these things back to America.”

“Remember what Kristallnacht was,” he continued. “That was where the Nazis went though the Jewish parts of Berlin and they broke windows, they set businesses on fire, they shut them down, they drove Jewish people out of their homes and set their houses on fire. Now I’m not saying that’s what the homosexual fascists are doing today; you know, they’re using judges’ gavels instead of lead pipes. That’s what they’re doing, but it’s the same deal. This is Kristallnacht. They’re trying to put this woman out of business, they’re trying to shut her down, they’re trying to evict her from her home, that’s where they tried to go with this thing. How is that any different? Just the weapons are different.”

Rick Wiles #fundie rightwingwatch.org

On Wednesday, End Times radio host Rick Wiles urged President Trump to crack down on leaks in his administration by prosecuting and locking up the leakers as well as the journalists who report on their information.

“These renegade, seditious spies in the U.S. intelligence agencies are guilty of violating federal law and they must go to prison for 10 years,” he said. “Mr. President, arrest them! The people are behind you. Arrest them!”

Wiles added that reporters and editors who cover the stories should also be arrested: “Lock ’em up! Lock ’em up! Put them behind bars!”

Scott Lively #fundie #conspiracy #homophobia rightwingwatch.org

Satan is not creative. His strategies and tactics are tediously predictable, once you recognize them. Of course, it’s not easy to stand firm when it seems like you’re about to be engulfed by a mountainous rushing wall of fire, but if you do stand firm the illusion vaporizes on contact and you realize it was a lie. Once you’ve stood up to that wall a few times it loses most of its effect on you.

No group is better at this satanic strategy than the “gay” political movement, which was an unstated reason why open homosexuals were never allowed into the intelligence agencies in the history of the nation, a policy upheld by the none other than the 9th Circuit US Appeals Court in the 1990 case, “High Tech Gays v. Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office.” (Indicating just how dangerous to our nation the idea of homosexual spooks was even to the farthest left-wing judges in the country: J. Edgar Hoover was by no means an anomaly.) But then along came Bill Clinton who issued Executive Order 12968 on August 2, 1995, opening the intelligence agencies and top secret security clearance to the Machiavellian “gay” network.

That policy continued under W. Bush, and when Obama came into office the floodgates really flew open. My guess based solely on my knowledge of the “gay” movement and Obama’s personal priorities, is that the today’s alphabet soup of intelligence agencies could easily be condensed to just four letters: LGBT, since that’s almost certainly who’s driving the agenda evidenced in the ongoing treasonous sabotage of the Trump administration.

More critical to the process of creating the false reality by which the far left has steered American public policy for decades is the mainstream media. Again, an industry so heavily dominated by “gays” and homosexualists that there is no longer even a pretense of balance on stories related to LGBT issues. Pro-family views are openly equated with racism and denied inclusion in news reporting. That same subjectivity and arrogance drives their narrative on their entire slate of issues.

My greatest concern about the Trump administration is that secular-minded advisors will allow self-defeating politically-correct assumptions to convince them to leave the “gays” in the swamp, assuming that will win them points with the ultra-powerful LGBT lobby and the larger progressive community it dominates, as well as crossover libertarian and secularist constituencies.

My prayer is that President Trump will awaken to the correlation of anti-Trump radicalism on the left with the “gay” movement and realize that on virtually any issue one can name the most aggressive liars and agitators are homosexuals and their closest surrogates, and that these people absolutely, positively cannot be placated (just ask the Boy Scouts of America). In other words, there is a spiritual dimension to the culture war in which the key common denominator is LGBT affiliation.

I call on Mr. Trump to adopt my earlier recommendation to establish a “Separation of LGBT and State” as outlined here.

I further urge him to take the bold and courageous step of revoking Executive Order 12968 and restoring the ban on “gays” in the intelligence agencies as it existed until 1990.

Pat Robertson #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Today on “The 700 Club,” Pat Robertson wondered if President Obama and other Democrats may have participated in a grand conspiracy to bring down President Trump’s national security adviser Michael Flynn, who resigned on Monday over his communications with Russia’s U.S. ambassador.

While Flynn and other White House officials said that the two did not talk about U.S. sanctions against Russia before Trump’s inauguration, such statements conflicted with “reports from U.S. intelligence and law enforcement agencies that routinely monitor the communications of Russian diplomats.”

Robertson, however, wrongly suggested that U.S. intelligence agencies were specifically monitoring Flynn, not the ambassador, and then warned of a larger plot involving Democrats, liberal government officials and members of the media that he believes could be working to take Flynn down and damage the Trump administration.

Referring to Psalm 2:2, “The kings of the earth rise up and the rulers band together against the Lord and against his anointed,” Robertson said that those challenging Trump are really fighting against God:

"I think, somehow, the Lord’s plan is being put in place for America and these people are not only revolting against Trump, they’re revolting against what God’s plan is for America. These other people have been trying to destroy America. These left-wingers and so-called progressives are trying to destroy the country that we love and take away the freedoms they love. They want collectivism. They want socialism. What we’re looking at is free markets and freedom from this terrible, overarching bureaucracy. They want to fight as much as they can but I think the good news is the Bible says, 'He that sits in the heavens will laugh them to scorn,' and I think that Trump’s someone on his side that is a lot more powerful than the media."

Alex Jones #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Antichrist Obama is not dead yet

Furious about national security adviser Michael Flynn’s resignation, Alex Jones posted a video commentary this morning warning about the threats President Trump is facing from what Jones described as a demonic conspiracy out to destroy him.

Among the plotters, according to Jones, is Barack Obama, whom he accused of living in a “bunker” in Washington, D.C., where Jones believes he is personally directing and “recruiting with [George] Soros an army for a Bolshevik-style revolution.”

He warned that the Foreign Policy article is a sign that globalists are getting ready to “execute really horrible devastation: starting huge wars, setting a nuke off in D.C., anything, talking about ‘time to kill Trump.’”

“There was a coup over America under globalism by stealth, there was a counter-coup with Trump, and they’re launching a counter-counter-coup right now,” Jones said. He added that Trump is trying to “empower humanity” and bring down the demonic systems that secretly run the world.

Rick Wiles #fundie rightwingwatch.org

“Hillary Clinton is telling up front what this is all about,” he said. “She’s bragging it’s about Pizzagate. She’s telling them, ‘We took you down, you dared talk about our filthy child molestation and we took you down.’ That’s what she’s saying.” (Flynn’s son has avidly promoted the Pizzagate conspiracy theory, causing him to lose his job in the administration’s transition team, and Flynn himself has also embraced many wild conspiracy theories, including one linking Clinton to “sex crimes [with] children.”)

Wiles asserted that “devil-worshiping, Luciferian, demon-possessed maniacs” have formed a “criminal cabal [that is] running this nation and much of the world” that allows them to engage in “child trafficking, child molestation, child rape, [and] child murder.”

When the truth is finally revealed, Wiles warned, “there will be mass vomiting in the society when the people find out what these demon-possessed rulers have been doing for decades with children.”

“Many of the key officials, elected and appointed, and in corporate board rooms and in Hollywood and in New York City, they are part of a global child molestation ring,” said Wiles, who insisted that Clinton is now “relishing in the fact that they brought down General Flynn because he knows what they are and what they’re doing.”

Lance Wallnau #fundie rightwingwatch.org

On Tuesday, conservative pastor Lance Wallnau appeared on “The Jim Bakker Show” to discuss President Trump’s inauguration and the Women’s March on Washington.

Wallnau said he knows the real reason that millions of people marched against the new president the day after the inauguration: Upon taking office, Trump evicted an evil spirit of witchcraft from the White House, causing that demonic spirit to go out into the general population.

“What I believe is happening is there was a deliverance of the nation from the spirit of witchcraft in the Oval Office,” he said. “The spirit of witchcraft was in the Oval Office, it was about to intensify to a higher level demon principality, and God came along with a wrecking ball [Trump] and shocked everyone, the church cried out for mercy and bam—God knocked that spirit out, and what you’re looking at is the manifestation of an enraged demon through the spirit.”

If Trump had lost the election, Bakker said, America would have seen “a destruction, a total end of the church.”

Rick Joyner #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Televangelist Rick Joyner posted a video on his Facebook page yesterday in which he said that opposition to President Trump’s agenda and nominees is satanic.

“The behavior of the left after this election is mind-boggling,” he said. “It’s not only undemocratic, it’s unfair, it’s unjust, it’s unhinged, it’s undignified, it’s immature — This absolutely out-of-control rage that is coming on our country, I think it is Lucifer.”

“When Satan is cast out of heaven, he comes to the earth with great wrath,” Joyner added. “Whenever you see this great wrath, this great rage, it’s because we’re winning. He’s being displaced from his high places and so he’s coming with great rage, and all those that he can control are going to manifest his rage.”

But Christians should remain calm and confident, Joyner counseled, because the Bible says that Jesus and his followers will ultimately win this battle.

“Be happy, don’t worry,” he said. “The whole world, they’re going to think God’s people are retarded because we’re so happy when it looks like the world’s falling apart, we’ve got peace and joy. But guess what? We’re the ones who are the most sane.”

David Barton #fundie rightwingwatch.org

On Friday, Republican political operative and Religious Right pseudo-historian David Barton appeared on the American Pastors Network’s “Stand In The Gap” radio program to discuss President Trump’s plans to “make America great again.”

During the discussion, Barton was asked how the Founding Fathers would have felt about Trump’s plan to implement “extreme vetting” of immigrants and refugees from predominantly Muslim nations. Barton said that the Founders would have supported such a move because, while America has always been very open about accepting immigrants and refugees, we only accepted those who intended to become Americans by assimilating into our Judeo-Christian society.

America no longer requires that, Barton lamented, saying that educators in the 1920s stopped looking at people as individuals and started placing everyone into groups. The result, he said, is that today white Christians such as himself have fewer rights than everyone else (Ironically, it was U.S. immigration policy before 1965 that placed immigrants into groups, prioritizing western and northern Europeans over others.)

“Every item in the Bill of Rights is given to every individual, it’s not given to groups,” he said. “But today, the Supreme Court says the purpose of the Bill of Rights is to protect the minority from the majority. Now how stupid is that? Because I’m in the majority as a white guy, do I not get the right to a trial by jury, do I not get the right to free speech? No, because I’m in the wrong group. And so, what happens is even back in 1992, in a Supreme Court case I was involved with, the court at the time created classes of religions and if you’re in Christianity, that’s the biggest religion so we give you the least protection. But if your’e in a small religion, we’ll give you more protection than anyone else.”

E.W. Jackson #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Religious Right activist and failed Virginia lieutenant governor E.W. Jackson dedicated his “The Awakening” radio program today to railing against those who are criticizing gospel singer Kim Burrell for a sermon she delivered in which she railed against the “perverted homosexual spirit.”

Jackson was aghast that a “bunch of godless atheist secularists” criticized Burrell for something that she said in church and used the controversy to deliver a warning to African American Christians that the “Demon-crat” party hates their guts.

“If you are a Christian and you happen to be black, these Democrats and liberals hate your guts, if you are a Bible-believing Christian,” he said. “Now, if you are a wishy-washy, don’t half-believe anything and aren’t willing to stand up for anything, you’ll be okay with them. Of course, now God will spew you out of His mouth, but you’ll be in with the Hollywood crowd and you’ll be in with the liberal crowd and everybody will like you because basically you’re so wishy-washy that you’re about like warm spit. So, yeah, they’re going to love you, they’re going to love you. But if you’re a Bible-believing Christian who is on fire for God and you believe that His word is true and you believe that you have a responsibility to stand on the word God, that it is the final authority in all matters of faith, morality and practice, they hate your guts. Don’t you let anybody kid you.”

Jackson followed that up by noting that, as a result of her comments, Burrell’s scheduled appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” was cancelled, saying that no Christian should be watching DeGeneres’ show in the first place because apparently she’s a woman “who thinks she’s a man.”

“I guess Ellen DeGeneres would say she’s a woman but she likes other women,” Jackson said. “To me, folks, it’s just confusion. ‘Cause look, here’s the reality, if a woman is a lesbian and likes women, say masculine-type women, why wouldn’t you just like a man? So, to me, the whole thing is just confusion, that’s all, and the Bible says it’s confusion.”

E. W. Jackson #fundie rightwingwatch.org

After saying that his Democratic opponent in that race, Ralph Northam, was “full of the devil” and that everything he stood for “is an abomination to God,” Jackson bemoaned the fact that he lost the election even though he “won 70 out of 100 counties.” Jackson lost the popular vote by several hundred thousand votes and 10 percentage points.

Jackson blamed his loss on Northern Virginia, which has a large Democratic population, claiming that this means that the people who live in the rest of the state “don’t really have any say” in elections because their vote “doesn’t really count.”

“Since it’s a straight popular vote, not county by county, you get this anomaly where a candidate who wins 70 percent of the geographic region of the state I won, and yet the small 30 percent of the geographic region where there were the most people I lost, and as a result of that, I lose the election.”

Theodore Shoebat #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Extremist anti-LGBT activist Theodore Shoebat is not happy with the latest edition of National Geographic, which features a cover story on a nine-year-old transgender child, and he is calling for the editors and publishers of the magazine to be burned at the stake.

In a video posted on his website yesterday, Shoebat ranted that the young girl is “diabolical and evil” and a “little Nazi Hitler” who wants nothing more than to kill Christians in gas chambers.

“The kid is obviously evil, obviously a reprobate, obviously just diabolical,” Shoebat bellowed. “You’re a freak. You’re a little demon. You’re a little Nazi Hitler — This little freak would not mind sticking people like me in a gas chamber.”

“This is sick shit,” Shoebat continued, “and this is the problem that I have with the First Amendment, the freedom to do whatever you want. In the Catholic Church, the whole damn crew behind National Geographic would be tried and once they are found guilty, they would be burned at the stake.”

Janet Porter #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Last month, Religious Right activist Janet Porter announced that she had secured funding for a movie that she has been working on for years about her efforts to pass the first “partial birth” abortion ban in the nation. She was especially excited about this because, she said, self-proclaimed prophet Cindy Jacobs had told her that her semi-autobiographical romantic comedy/anti-abortion polemic would be “the tipping point to end abortion” in America.

Yesterday, Porter released a trailer for the new movie, called “What’s a Girl to Do?,” confirming that it will feature cameos from former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee and Rep. Steve King of Iowa, and will include performances by Victoria Jackson as Porter’s best friend and Stephen Baldwin as her future husband, David Porter. Although the plot of the movie is unclear, it apparently deals with a romance Porter had with the son of a pro-choice state legislator before meeting her husband. Porter discusses that romance in her 2004 dating book “What’s a Girl To Do? While Waiting for Mr. Right,” and revealed in a WorldNetDaily column in 2008 that writing a screenplay based on that book eventually led her to her true “Mr. Right,” David Porter.

Rick Joyner #fundie rightwingwatch.org

On today’s “Prophetic Perspective on Current Events” program, Rick Joyner recounted a prophecy delivered by evangelist Bob Jones, who, according to Joyner, declared years ago that a Super Bowl victory by the Carolina Panthers would be a sign of the start of the Third Great Awakening.

Despite the fact that Jones had once been removed from ministry for, among other things, sexually abusing women, he served as a spiritual mentor to Joyner and was highly regarded as a prophet by many in the movement. With the Carolina Panthers slated to play in the Super Bowl this weekend, Joyner recounted how Jones had not only prophesied the team’s creation in North Carolina, but also foresaw that their first Super Bowl win would signal a nationwide awakening and movement of God, just as last year’s Super Bowl victory by the New England Patriots was also a sign from God.

As Joyner recalled, Jones called him out of the blue in the late 1980s to tell him that he had received a prophetic message from God that “the black panthers are coming the Charlotte [and] they’re coming to the lumber yard.” Neither Jones nor Joyner knew what that meant until several years later when the NFL announced the creation of an expansion team in Charlotte to be called the Carolina Panthers, who, Joyner claims, built their stadium on the site of an old lumber yard.

“So we knew there was a prophetic destiny to this team,” Joyner explained, stating that “many of the ups and downs that this team would go through — were an incredibly accurate parallel” of the struggles of Joyner and his fellow Christians.

“Listen, I’m doing this program before the Super Bowl,” Joyner said. “They haven’t won it yet. But if they do, to me, it is a very definite marker of something remarkable breaking out — If the Panthers win this year, we know it’s all hands on deck and we are going to see the outbreak of, I believe, the Third Great Awakening in America.”

Jim Bakker #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Last week, televangelist Jim Bakker reacted to the presidential election results by prophesying that God will punish people who live in counties that voted for Hillary Clinton.

Bakker pointed to a map that showed the results of the election by county and said that “if you live in the blue—any spot that’s blue—I would say, ‘Oh God, help me. Oh God forgive me.’ Because those are the ones who came against the will of God in this election.”

“I just want to tell you, God has spoken to me, I’ve seen under the ground in California, in LA, and God spoke to me that in Los Angeles alone there is going to be such an earthquake come that literally the big buildings will be laying on their sides, all of LA is going to collapse,” he added.

Bakker’s cohost Zach Drew agreed, warning that counties that voted for Clinton will receive God’s judgment: “If you look at California, the east side of California is red by county and the west side is blue. And where do all of the fault lines, where do all the prophetic words happen to plant themselves? It’s on the far-west of the West Coast. It’s the blue. Now you got to understand, judgment is not coming for them because they voted for Hillary Clinton, it’s because they voted for a platform. They voted for a platform that is so incredibly pro-abortion, anti-Bible.”

Wayne Allen Root #wingnut rightwingwatch.org

Wayne Allyn Root, the conservative activist and conspiracy theorist who helped Donald Trump campaign in Nevada and became one of Trump’s most enthusiastic boosters on the campaign trail, rejoiced in an interview on Newsmax TV last week that a Trump administration will appoint “people to important positions who have problems with radical Islam instead of people in important positions who are Muslims.”

Discussing Trump’s announcements that he’ll nominate Rep. Mike Pompeo to head the CIA, Root said, “They say [Pompeo’s] problem is he’s been negative toward Muslims and Islamic radicals—my God, that makes America great again! We finally have an administration that can use the word Islam and terrorism in the same sentence, and we’re naming people to important positions who have problems with radical Islam instead of people in important positions who are Muslims!”

When host Bill Tucker asked Root if he meant “all Muslims” or “radical Muslims,” Root replied that “number one, we are at war with radical Islam” but claimed that “the Muslim world in general says nothing” about terrorism.

“There are no real shouts of outrage from the Muslim world, just like there were no shouts of outrage from the German world [during the Nazi era], so therefore they bore some responsibility as well,” he said. “And I’m angry—I won’t hold them as the killers, they don’t need to go to prison, we don’t need internment camps—but I am absolutely angry, shocked and outraged at the Muslim community and I do think they bear some responsibility.”

“There were no Muslim Man Marches in Washington, D.C., to protest terrorism,” he continued. “Why? Why aren’t they speaking up? Just like Nazi Germany, they’re saying nothing. So I do have a problem with Islam. I think the war is against radical Islam, but we have to admit there are problems in general with the religion of Islam, why the people don’t speak up against terrorism.”

Michele Bachmann #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Michele Bachmann On Donald Trump’s Victory: ‘The Lord Did This’

Last night, various Religious Right activists participated in a live election night broadcast organized by Kenneth Copeland Ministries, called “America Stands: Election Coverage in the Spirit of Faith.” Among the hosts were right-wing pseudo-historian David Barton and former Rep. Michele Bachmann, who both handled the duties of announcing state election results as they rolled in.

Once it became undeniably clear that Donald Trump was going to win the election, Bachmann was quick to credit the power of their prayer efforts.

The event was streamed live online, but a portion of it also aired live on Daystar Television, something that Bachmann said directly impacted the result of the election. Showing a graphic from The New York Times that originally showed Hillary Clinton with a strong chance of winning and then gradually showed Trump’s chances increasing as the night’s results rolled in, Bachmann singled out the point where the two lines crossed and noted that that was also the exact moment that their election coverage went live on Daystar.

“We have a prayer room here,” she said, “we had people all across the United States joining with our prayer room here in Dallas in prayer, and look what happened. This was the moment when the whole race broke, when prayer began, when the church came out and then we see a 30-point swing here, a 30-point swing here and now we see the swing to a 95 percent chance of winning Trump, a five percent chance of winning Clinton. It’s phenomenal!”

“Already we know that the glory goes to the God Almighty,” she said, “the God of the Universe, the Sovereign Lord. He is the one who did this for us. He did, because His people got on their knees and cried out to Holy God and said, ‘We can’t go down this road any more, Father, we ask you for your mercy.’ And this is the proof positive of what the Lord did. The Lord did this!

RWW News: Michele Bachmann On Donald Trump's Victory: 'The Lord Did This'

Mike Pence #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Mr. Speaker, I've always been interested in origins. Even though my training is in the law and in history, it has ever been an application of mind to contemplate and to study the origins of man and of life here on earth and many theories of origins have been propounded throughout our nation's history.

1859, a sincere biologist returned from the Galapagos Islands and wrote a book entitled "The Origins of Species", in which he did then Charles Darwin offered a theory of the origin of species which we've come to know as evolution. Charles Darwin never thought of evolution as anything other than a theory. He hoped that someday, it would be proven by the fossil record but did not live to see that, nor have we.

1925, in the famous Scopes Monkey Trial, this theory made its way through litigation into the classrooms of America and we all have seen the consequence over the last seventy seven years. Evolution not taught as a sincere theory of biologists but rather, Mr. Speaker, taught as fact. Unless anyone listening in can doubt that, we can all see in our mind’s eye that grade room classroom we all grew up in with the linear depiction of evolution just above the chalkboard. There's the little monkey crawling on the grass, there's the Neanderthal with his knuckles dragging and then there's Mel Gibson standing in all of his glory. It is what we have been taught that man proceeded and evolved along linear lines.

But now comes a new find by paleontologists in the newspapers all across America, a new study in Nature magazine. 6 to 7 million year old skull has been unearthed - the Toumaï skull - and it's suggested human evolution was actually, according to a new theory, human evolution was taking place, and I'm quoting now, "all across Africa and on the Earth" and the Earth was once truly, and I quote, “a planet of the apes” on which nature was experimenting with many human-like creatures. Paleontologists are excited about this, Mr. Speaker, but no one's pointing out that the textbooks, I guess, will need to be changed because the old theory of evolution taught for seventy-seven years in the classrooms of America as fact is suddenly replaced by a new theory or, I hasten to add, I'm sure will be told a new fact. The truth is it always was a theory, Mr. Speaker.

And now that we've recognized evolution as a theory, I would simply and humbly ask that can we teach it as such and can we also consider teaching other theories of the origin of species, like the theory that was believed in by every signer of the Declaration of Independence. Every signer of the Declaration of Independence believed that men and women were created and were endowed by that same creator with certain unalienable rights.

The Bible tells us that God created man in his own image, male and female he created them and I believe that, Mr. Speaker, I believe that God created the known universe the earth and everything in it, including man, and I also believe that someday, scientists will come to see that only the theory of intelligent design provides even a remotely rational explanation for the known universe. But until that day comes, and I have no fear of science I believe that the more we study the science the more the truth of faith will become apparent, I just would humbly ask as new theories of evolution find their ways into the newspapers and into the textbooks, let us demand that educators around America teach evolution not as fact but as theory and an interesting theory to boot. But let's also bring into the minds of all of our children all of the theories about the unknowable that some bright day in the future through science and perhaps through faith, we will find the truth from whence we come and I yield back.

Wayne Allyn Root: I’m A ‘One-Man Army’ Who ‘Single-Handedly’ Won Nevada For Trump

Donald Trump-loving sycophant and ardent conspiracy theorist Wayne Allyn Root was a guest on TheDove TV’s “Focus Today” program yesterday, where he congratulated himself for having personally won the state of Nevada for Donald Trump in the upcoming election.

After declaring that when Trump is elected, his first order of business should be to pardon Julian Assange of WikiLeaks and award him the Presidential Medal of Freedom, Root credited himself for single-handedly winning Nevada for Trump.

“I don’t want to brag too much,” Root said, without a hint of irony, “but I think I helped him get the state. I think I single-handedly was the biggest difference. I’m the number one radio talk show host now in Las Vegas and I’ve been the opening speaker at all six Donald Trump rallies with 5,000 to 15,000 people at them since December in Las Vegas. I’m the star columnist in the Las Vegas Review-Journal, my column is literally on the front page of the Nevada section every Wednesday and Sunday and every column has been cheerleading Donald Trump and attacking Hillary, so I think I’ve been a one-man army that’s won him the state. I wish he had a Wayne Root in every state, we’d win 50 states.”

Sadly, Root said that he has been too busy to travel to Utah and win that state for Trump as well by stopping the Mormons there from “making such a tragic mistake” of voting for Evan McMullin because, by doing so, “they could ruin the election and ruin their own lives for the next 100 years.”

Alex Jones & Larry Nichols #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Yesterday, Alex Jones repeated his claim that Hillary Clinton is literally demonic, this time while speaking with longtime anti-Clinton crusader Larry Nichols.

Nichols said Clinton had attended “a witches’ church” in Los Angeles “every four to six weeks” while she lived in Arkansas and “is pure, deep, evil, mean, meaner than anything you’d come in contact with.”

“I can’t look at her,” Jones said. “I’m really sick of her. She’s a damn demon. It seemed to really get to them that I called them demons.” He then said that sources close to Clinton told him that she is “totally filthy” and smells “like rotting meat,” before comparing her to Linda Blair’s character in “The Exorcist.”

“Obama, I’ve been told, smells like rotting meat,” he added. “Now, the Bible says this is what demons smell like.”

Jesse Lee Peterson #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Jesse Lee Peterson, a conservative pastor and women’s suffrage opponent who is a big fan of Donald Trump, responded to the recent spate of sexual assault allegations against the GOP presidential nominee by claiming that “generation after generation of young girls have been taught” to falsely accuse men of assault and comparing women who bring such charges to Satan.

“Every man is guilty now, every man, and these accusers pour that out at will,” Peterson said on his radio program yesterday. “They get angry about something, you don’t return their call or text, they can just accuse you, because generation after generation of young girls have been taught to do this.”

In a clip from the show that Peterson posted on his YouTube channel, which he labeled “Trump’s ‘Sexual Assault’ Accusers Are Literally Satan’s Daughters,” he accompanied this assertion with an image of Bill Cosby.

“Did you know that Satan was called ‘the Accuser’?” he asked. “That was his primary name. Satan’s primary name was ‘the Accuser.’ Just let that sink in. Satan’s primary name is ‘the Accuser.’ And that’s what we have in our country now, accusers.”

Peterson lamented that boys today go out and “in their minds they are having a good time not realizing that the accuser is lurking.”

If Hillary Clinton is elected president, he said, “imagine where that’s going to go, with laws and accusers coming out—it’s going to be bad. One thing I’ve noticed about the women who have these type of heart, they don’t mind lying about it, they’ll just accuse you.”

“We live in a total different country now and Trump is fighting to make it great again,” he concluded.

Louie Gohmert and Janet Porter #fundie #homophobia rightwingwatch.org

Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, who has previously registered his concern about the prospect of gay space colonies, connected homosexuality to Noah’s Flood on a radio program yesterday.

Gohmert, who was guest hosting the “Point of View” radio show, interviewed conservative activist and “Reaganbook” founder Janet Porter about her anti-LGBT film “Light Wins,” which featured appearances from Gohmert and other prominent Republicans such as Rand Paul and Mike Huckabee.

The congressman quoted a portion of the movie in which Porter, who believes that same-sex marriage caused Noah’s Flood, alleges that the only time in history besides today “where homosexual unions were authorized as marriage was in the ‘Days of Noah.’”

“We know homosexuality was widespread in Greece and Rome and Babylon and especially in Sodom and Gomorrah but that’s a little scary that it wasn’t legal except before the flood,” Gohmert commented.

Porter responded that this statement “tells you where we are in the overall timeline—“

“Does it ever,” Gohmert interjected.

Porter then claimed that Hillary Clinton’s support for LGBT rights will further push the world towards the Last Days because “this was the issue that led to the flood and that this will be a sign of what’s to come that ‘as it was in the days of Noah so it will be in the coming of the Son of Man.’ If we don’t correct this we, then we are crying out for judgment, we are crying out for the end of the world as we know it.”

Phil Robertson #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Our founding fathers warned us repeatedly to never let this day come, but the day has now come upon us. I mean, think about it. The Democratic Party on [inaudible] when Barack Obama ran, they literally booed God out of the Democratic Party. I mean, not only ran Him out and took His name out of their platform, they booed Him out. So, you get what you ask for, so here we are. So the bottom line is, [when someone said they] entertain the thought of maybe voting for Hillary Clinton, I said, they ran God out of the Democratic Party. She has a hard time telling the truth because the Evil One is the Father of Lies, according to Jesus, and she’s living proof of it, my man.

Tony Perkins #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Yesterday, Family Research Council President Tony Perkins reacted to the news that “the Pentagon has published a handbook for transgender service” by claiming that it would be better if the military disbanded altogether than accommodate transgender service members.

Perkins spoke about the new handbook on his “Washington Watch” program with Jerry Boykin, the FRC’s executive vice president.

“So we see the administration pushing forward without congressional input on integrating transgenders [sic] into our nation’s military,” Perkins said. “What else can this administration do to the military other than just disband it?”

Later, he added: “I probably need to take it back when I said that the only thing worse the president could do would be to disband the military. Actually, that might even be better. We’re probably better off without a military that is not compromised, because we think we have a military that’s defending our country and able to do that but we have a military that in many ways is a hollowed-out shell.”

Pat Robertson #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Today on “The 700 Club,” Pat Robertson issued yet another warning about the perils of Dungeons & Dragons, this time after a viewer claimed that “really weird things” started happening in her house after her husband began playing an online game that “includes elements of witchcraft.”

Robertson urged her to “find a minister or some trusted adviser who will tell him this is a problem,” before going off on Dungeons & Dragons, which he said has lured people “into a fantasy world that really captured them.”

Jesse Lee Peterson #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Right-wing activist Jesse Lee Peterson recently delivered a sermon in which he warned his congregation not to become intellectuals because intellectualism is responsible for foisting things like gay marriage upon America.

"I notice that the people who are really into the intellect are nutcases," Peterson said. "Absolute nutcases. Because of this intellectual thing taking over and the people rule us, we now have so-called same-sex marriage. That wouldn't happen if we weren't into the intellect. Common sense would dictate that is not going to happen and common sense wouldn't care what you thought about it because we would know that that's wrong."

Intellectuals are also responsible for the fact that "we now have drag queens running around in the military," Peterson added.

"Can you imagine jumping down in a foxhole, running from bin Laden, and there is a man in there with a dress and lipstick on? It would shock you. You would rather be out with bin Laden," Peterson stated, apparently so dedicated to being anti-intellectual that he's totally unaware that Osama bin Laden was killed in 2011.

People simply need to rely "on the intellect of God," he recommended, because human intellect is a tool of the devil, which is why "all intellectual people are insecure people ... because their father is weak, their father Satan is a deceiver."

Wayne Allen Root #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Wayne Allyn Root, a Donald Trump admirer who often claims to be in frequent contact with the GOP candidate has led campaign rallies for him in Nevada, said yesterday that people who receive federal benefits such as Medicaid, welfare and food stamps should lose their right to vote, as should women who use “free contraception” under the Affordable Care Act.

Root’s plan would cut a large swath of Americans from the voter rolls: Roughly one in five Americans benefit from means-tested benefit programs, while 67 percent of women with private health insurance use copay-free contraception through the Affordable Care Act (which, by the way, is paid for by insurance companies, not by the federal government).

Root told Virginia radio host Rob Schilling yesterday that much of the energy behind Trump’s campaign, as he discusses in his new book “Angry White Male,” is that the country is “evenly divided between the makers and the takers,” so “the middle class is basically paying, paying, paying and the poor get everything free, and it’s a disaster.”

Root said that he had recently seen a map on the internet showing that if only “taxpayers” had been allowed to vote, the 2012 election would have been “a Republican sweep.”

“So if the people who payed the taxes were the only ones allowed to vote, we’d have landslide victories,” he said, “but you’re allowing people to vote. This explains everything! People with conflict of interest shouldn’t be allowed to vote. If you collect welfare, you have no right to vote. The day you get off welfare, you get your voting rights back. The reality is, why are you allowed to have this conflict of interest that you vote for the politician who wants to keep your welfare checks coming and your food stamps and your aid to dependent children and your free health care and your Medicaid, your Medicare and your Social Security and everything else?”

Root quickly amended his statement to say that receiving Social Security and Medicare shouldn’t disqualify someone from voting, but “in general most of the things I just rattled off should preclude you from voting.”

“Social Security should not, Medicare should not, because you paid into the system,” he said. “But all the other stuff, all the other goodies, free Obama phones, free contraception, you know what, you can get them but you shouldn’t be allowed to vote, it’s a conflict of interest. Take that away, we’d win every single election in this country.”

Michele Bachmann #fundie rightwingwatch.org

We saw President Trump last night, very clearly. It was extremely presidential. But what he did was hit a total grand slam on what I believe is the most important public policy issue facing the nation. I think for your audience, for you and I, we recognize the number one issue facing this nation is a nation that has been turning its way against God, that’s number one, but number two in public policy would be immigration.

And why is that true? Because we have historically been a Judeo-Christian nation decidedly built on a biblical worldview and since 1965 America’s stated immigration policies have been to prefer those who do not hold to a Christian worldview and that’s had a profound impact on the United States.

Ed Martin #racist rightwingwatch.org

Ed Martin, who ran for Missouri attorney general four years ago and now is the chief spokesman and ally to conservative icon Phyllis Schlafly, said at a Tea Party rally in the St. Louis area Sunday:

"You're not racist if you don't like Mexicans. They're from a nation. If you don't think Muslims are vetted enough, because they blow things up, that's not racist."

Martin told the Post-Dispatch in a written statement that his comments regarding Mexicans were aimed only at illegal immigrants.

Regarding his comments on Muslims, he said: "My point is that it is not racist to make clear that some Muslims should not be coming to America. They are not a race but a religion and there are white, black and brown Muslims and we need to make sure that the ones who wish us ill are not allowed to enter America."

Michael Savage #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Conservative radio host Michael Savage has high hopes for a Donald Trump presidency, urging the GOP nominee yesterday to “rule by decree” and to pick Savage for a post in his administration if he is elected.

Savage said Trump should launch a “crusade” against the “radical left-wing fringe controlling this country,” even if it means undermining their civil rights. Savage said that Trump should launch inquiries into “treasonous” organizations such as the American Civil Liberties Union, “the head of the serpent” that “must be broken apart,” with a renewed “House of Un-American Activities Committee investigation.”

“The left wing will go insane,” he said. “They’ll say, ‘Savage, you’re violating our civil rights.’ They’ll say, ‘You do not have probable cause to bring people in to investigate them.’ They might be right. But we need to do exactly that for our survival.”

He continued: “Tell me how a society that is open like ours, that is democratic like ours, can survive when enemies of freedom, enemies of democracy are destroying society by using the very freedoms we have in place because of the U.S. Constitution?”

Jim Bakker #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Last week, televangelist Jim Bakker declared that legal abortion is a sign that we are in the Last Days, expressing shock that anyone would favor abortion rights.

“People are literally, it’s a big thing in the news right now, they’re having nervous breakdowns over the political campaign,” he said, “because there’s people who feel so strongly on both sides. Isn’t it amazing, people are so strong that they want to kill babies, that they’re fighting for the right to kill babies?”

He added: “If an atomic bomb had dropped on America, it wouldn’t do any more damage than what abortion has done.”

Lance Wallnau #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Seven Mountains dominionism advocate Lance Wallnau has been one of t he most creative defenders of Donald Trump on the Religious Right, explaining that Trump has an “anointing” from God similar to that of King Cyrus, whom God used despite the fact that he was not a believer.

Wallnau continued explaining his spiritual defense of Trump in two recent podcasts with Charisma magazine founder Steve Strang, explaining that Trump has an “unappreciated prophetic gifting” and that the candidate’s calls to build a border wall are not about the border at all but about instigating a revival among American Christians.

Wallnau recalled that Cyrus issued a decree that “opened a gate in heaven” and led the way for spiritual revival in Jerusalem.

“He opened a gate, Stephen,” Wallnau said, “he opened a gate in heaven with proclamation so that all the prophecies and prayers that were stored up for Jerusalem could suddenly begin to be manifested, beginning with the House of God getting revived and continuing on through Darius and to Artaxerxes until Nehemiah, on the basis of Cyrus’ decree, petitioned to build the wall.”

“And then I started looking at, my gosh, there’s more prophetic dialogue on Trump than Christians realize,” he continued. “This whole thing about building a wall isn’t about Mexico, it’s about in the Bible, from my perspective, Nehemiah’s project was to restore the boundaries around that which had collapsed where God’s people were concerned.

“I think that in the Bible, building a wall has to do with like Proverbs 25, ‘a man without self-control is like a city without walls,’ it’s broken down. Our fiscal situation is broken down, our race relations are broken down, our definitions of sexuality and gender are broken down. I believe that if Trump is allowed to be president, there will be a release of that stored up potential that we’ve been praying, fasting and prophesying into for the past 20 years for revival in America.”

Wallnau went on to describe to Strang how “if God can anoint a secular individual, then they are operating in a sense with God’s wisdom and guidance on them.”

Trump, he said, “has a remarkable and uncelebrated, I think, or perhaps I should say unappreciated prophetic gifting.”

He recalled how Trump told conservative religious leaders at a recent meeting in New York that “leadership is about seeing the future,” something that he said Trump had demonstrated with his predictions about radical Islam, the national debt, the inner cities, terrorism in Belgium and the fact that “he saw the Brexit before it happened.”

Liberals say that Trump’s rhetoric is “dark and dystopian,” he said, but “in fact, he’s merely describing, like a Churchillian gift, what is on the horizon.”

Bryan Fischer #fundie rightwingwatch.org

On his radio program today, American Family Radio's Bryan Fischer reiterated his position that women should not be entrusted with positions of political authority.

Responding to a caller, Fischer stated that "you could make a pretty good biblical case ... that only men are supposed to hold political office."

"That's always the pattern in the word of God," he said. "The kings were all males, when you had a departure from that with Jezebel and Athaliah, it was not a good thing, it did not work out well. Leadership in the church is reserved for men, leadership in the home is reserved for men. In other words, in God's economy, he has designed leadership and authority in society and in the church and in the home to be exercised by men."

"I think you could make a good case that leadership in culture, society, politically as well as in the home, that that is something in God's economy that's reserved for men," Fischer stated. "What if somebody had the courage to go on national TV, somebody of some kind of prominence or visibility, and said, 'Look, I'm going to vote for Trump because he's a man. I don't believe that women should be entrusted with high political office' ... That's the position I happen to take."

Michael Savage #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Conservative talk show host Michael Savage said yesterday that he finds Hillary Clinton’s voice to be “very offensive,” expressing dismay at her “grating,” “hard voice.”

“What do you fear most about a Hillary presidency, other than hearing her grating voice for eight years?” he asked. “That’s the part I can’t take, it’s listening to her, that hard voice. It’s not that it scares me, it offends me deeply. I find it very offensive.”

He added: “I don’t like women who are not feminine. I don’t like hard women who are like men without, let’s put it this way, men without pants.”

Savage, a close ally of Donald Trump, said he doesn’t understand “why women are so excited about, ‘Oh she’s the first woman.’ In what sense is she the first woman president? What does that matter?”

While speaking to a caller, Dan, who said that he was also fearful of “listening to that shrill voice for the next eight years” along with Clinton’s “lust for absolute power,” Savage said that Clinton “will continue to attack the white male portion of the population” and “has a vendetta for white males.”

Clinton, according to Savage, plans on “importing” new voters and believes, “Give us all the minorities, give us all the gays, give us all the immigrants because eventually we will win by demographics. How can any white male ever vote for a Democrat? I’ll never understand. I don’t understand it because they’re digging their own grave.”

Wayne Allyn Root #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Yesterday, Wayne Allyn Root, a Donald Trump-worshiping sycophant and all-around conspiracy theorist, appeared on Jesse Lee Peterson's radio program to declare that Trump's presidential campaign is a message from God that "it's time for a war president."

"I think we need a war president and I think God sent us someone named Donald Trump," Root said. "I think he's perfect for this election. We needed someone who is a bit coarse and foul-mouthed and vicious and fights with a gun in a gunfight, not with a knife in a gun fight."

"I think he's the right guy at that right time," he continued, "and I get very mad when Christians try and tell me that they're not going to vote for him because he's just too coarse and too foul and too vicious and he says offensive things. When you read the Bible, I read tons of vengeful things, I read tons of war and death and people being punished by God. God is not always nice; this God takes vengeance when he's mad at you and he sends really vicious people when you need them."

"We're in a war to save America, I think from the devil, I think from the Antichrist, I think from a biblical prophecy that someone is going to take down this country and it's pretty clear to me it's happening right now," Root concluded.

Sandy Rios #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Continuing her smear campaign against Khizr and Ghazala Khan, Sandy Rios of the American Family Association told Alan Colmes yesterday that the Khans may have been disappointed that their son served in the U.S. Army, making him an apostate from Islam when he died.

Rios falsely claimed that Khizr Khan has called Sharia law superior to the U.S. Constitution, claiming that since he “adheres to Sharia,” he would then “absolutely” want to kill Americans. (She appears to be citing an article which, as the myth-busting group Snopes points out, “in no part suggested support for Sharia law or membership in the Muslim Brotherhood and appeared to be an academic piece, not an advocacy paper.”)

After citing the so-called Islamic State’s assertion that the Khans’ son was an “apostate,” Rios said that the Khans may agree with the terrorist group’s assertion: “I believe that they believe that anyone that adheres to Sharia believes their son is an apostate for serving in the American military.”

“He’s an apostate according to Islamic Sharia law,” she said.

Sandy Rios #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Sandy Rios Questions Khizr Khan's Patriotism: 'We're Not Even Sure About You, Sir'

On her radio show today, Sandy Rios of the American Family Association (AFA) questioned the patriotism of Khizr Khan, the father of U.S. Army Capt. Humayun Khan, who died while serving in Iraq. Khan gave a rousing speech at the Democratic National Convention yesterday, in which he criticized Donald Trump’s proposal to ban Muslims from entering the U.S.

Rios, who serves as the AFA’s director of governmental affairs, said that because of his Muslim faith, Khan may be lying to Americans about his true beliefs, arguing that “supporters of Islam and the Quran cannot embrace the Constitution” and that it’s Khan’s “responsibility” to publicly “condemn Islamists” to prove his allegiance to the country.

“From my perspective, it is the responsibility of Mr. Khan to distinguish himself from Islamists, from the Muslim Brotherhood whose treatise is to destroy us from within,” Rios said. “If he is a patriotic, loyal, American-Muslim, then we want to hear that, that’s great, and we grieve with them over the death of their son. But do not disparage Americans or Donald Trump for having concerns about Muslims in our midst.”

She continued, “And if you are so concerned, Mr. Khan, if you’re an American first, then distinguish yourself and condemn Islamists, condemn the Muslim Brotherhood, then we will listen to you, and stop waving the Constitution. As far as I can tell, Islam, truly, supporters of Islam and the Quran, cannot embrace the Constitution. Now, if you have a different view, then explain that to us and then maybe we can be persuaded, but don’t shame America for having genuine and rightful concerns about Muslims in our midst when we have no idea who they are or what they really believe, and we’re not even sure about you, sir, because we know about taqiyya, which is the practice of lying to the infidel in order to advance the Muslim cause.

“So I’m sorry, we’ll not be shamed. I’m sorry for the loss of their son and I hope he is a loyal American, but I think a loyal American Muslim would be more like Zuhdi Jasser, who is very clear about where he stands, who was very patriotic and loyal and totally distances himself from Islamism, so if that’s the case for this gentleman, then he should’ve said that on the platform rather than shaming us for having concerns about Muslim immigration.”

Phil Robertson #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Phil Robertson: If Donald Trump Loses, I'll Go Into Hiding

Today on “Breitbart News Daily,” reality TV star and conservative activist Phil Robertson spoke with radio host Stephen Bannon and Citizens United president David Bossie about the Republican National Convention, and Robertson urged listeners to rally behind Donald Trump.

The Duck Dynasty patriarch said that evangelicals must turn out and vote because they are facing “spiritual warfare” from “the depraved bunch, this political correct crowd” that is “of the Evil One.”

Robertson, an early supporter of Ted Cruz, said that Trump’s former rivals, including Cruz, must rally behind the business mogul, warning that “the alternative” to a Trump presidency is “depravity” and “moral bankruptcy.”

After falsely claiming that Democratic delegates “booed God” at their 2012 convention, Robertson said that a Democratic victory in November would cause him to go into hiding: “If the Republicans and the evangelicals do not get off their posteriors and vote, I think I’m going to head back to the woods and hide out.”

Bryan Fischer #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Yesterday, American Family Radio host Bryan Fischer criticized the Republican National Convention for allowing Sajid Tarar of American Muslims for Trump to deliver a closing prayer on the second day of the convention.

“The Republican Party last night allowed a demonic power to be invited into its building,” he said.

Fischer said Republicans at the event “collectively committed the sin of idolatry” by observing the prayer and committed a “dangerous” act by inviting “a demon-God into its party.”

“Multiculturalism, ladies and gentlemen, is simply a six syllable words for cultural suicide,” he continued, pleading with the party to “clean up this mess” by asking a Christian preacher to pray over the event.

Rick Wiles #fundie rightwingwatch.org

On Monday, “Trunews” host Rick Wiles recounted a story about how he called the police after seeing a man taking photos of his office building, only to discover that the suspicious man was simply playing Pokémon Go on his phone.

Wiles, however, said that something sinister is afoot, warning that “these Pokémon creatures are like virtual, cyber-demons” and that “what this man, Friday, was trying to find was the Pokémon demon that had been placed inside the ‘Trunews’ office.”

“What if this technology is transferred to Islamic jihadists and Islamic jihadists have an app that shows them where Christians are located geographically?” he asked, noting that many of the app’s PokeStops and Gyms include churches and other houses of worship.

“The enemy, Satan, is targeting churches with virtual, digital, cyber-demons,” Wiles said, before adding: “I believe this thing is a magnet for demonic powers.”

Wiles went on to claim that “Pokémon masters” may soon start “telling people to kill people in those buildings” in order to catch more Pokémon, comparing the use of the App to Philando Castile’s girlfriend use of Facebook Live to live stream the aftermath of Castile’s shooting by a police officer, which he said might have been staged.

This conversation led “Trunews” cohost Edward Szall to read a fake quote from the creator of Pokémon allegedly endorsing Satanism.

“They’re spawning demons inside your church,” Wiles said. “They’re targeting your church with demonic activity.” He then again warned that “this technology will be used by the enemies of the cross to target, locate and execute Christians.”

Bryan Fischer #fundie rightwingwatch.org

On his radio program yesterday, Bryan Fischer recounted a debate he had last week on Twitter with Christian Today writer Andrew Walton over Walton's piece criticizing the newly opened Ark Encounter theme park in Kentucky, which was built by the Creationist group Answers in Genesis for the purpose of promoting the organization's fundamentalist view of the Bible.

During his discussion, Fischer took exception to Walton's assertion in his article that Christians "may have diverse opinions on sexual ethics, on life issues, on evolution, on hell, on what role government should play in society, on healthcare, and indeed on science," insisting that, in fact, Christians cannot have opinions on those issues if they differ from Fischer's interpretation of the Bible.

"No, it is not okay for Christians to be all over the map, to have diverse opinions," Fischer insisted. "No, it's not okay. The Bible is abundantly clear about sexual ethics, sex is reserved for marriage, marriage is a union of one man and one woman, homosexuality is a sin, sexual immorality is a sin, et cetera. These things are not ambiguous in the scripture so, no, it's not okay to have diverse opinions on those issues."

"It's not okay to have diverse opinions on life issues," Fischer continued. "It's not okay for Christians to have diverse opinions about evolution."

Theodore Shoebat #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Last week, extremist anti-gay activist Theodore Shoebat posted a video in which he gloated that when Jesus Christ returns, he'll slaughter every single gay person in the world.

Shoebat, who last year was featured alongside several Republican members of Congress and GOP presidential candidates in an anti-gay "documentary," was using an incident in Australia where two men were arrested for sexually abusing a 10-month-old girl to yet again make his case that all gay people should be put to death.

"In a biblical society," Shoebat stated, "every fag would be rounded up and killed. But that's not going to happen, but believe me, when Jesus comes back, Jesus is going to kill all these sodomites. You're going to be praying to be living under a Catholic society from the Middle Ages because when Jesus comes back, it's going to be a lot more brutal."

"He's going to find all you bastards and he's going to slaughter every single one of you," said Shoebat with a smile on his face. "I can't wait for that day to come. It's going to be a beautiful, beautiful, beautiful world."

Michael Savage #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Last week, talk radio host Michael Savage continued his attacks on former Fox News anchor Gretchen Carlson for filing a sexual harassment lawsuit against Roger Ailes, the network’s CEO.

He compared defendants in sexual harassment lawsuits to the dissidents who have been persecuted in communist countries like North Korea and mocked “the myth” of “the poor, downtrodden woman” in America.

“What’s this nonsense about ‘oppressed this, oppressed that’?” Savage said on his program on Wednesday. “The most oppressed member of society, as I’ve said before and I’m willing to stand by this again: The most ridiculed, the most oppressed member of society today is the straight, heterosexual, white, male Christian. Period.”

Theodore Shoebat #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Last week, in response to the deadly terrorist attack on a gay nightclub in Orlando, gay right-wing commentator Milo Yiannopoulos organized an anti-Islam press conference, during which he kissed fellow anti-Islam activist and self-proclaimed "homophobe" Gavin McInnes as their way of saying "f**k you, Islam."

Needless to say, this display did not sit well with viciously anti-gay activist Theodore Shoebat, who released a video today calling for both men to be put to death.

"The only thing I can do is conclude that [McInnes] is a sodomite," Shoebat said, "Gavin McInnes is a sodomite plant, he is a deviant and he is worthy of death ... You are lower than the lowest bacteria. Pigs have more decency than you, Gavin McInnis. Swine has more decency, there are dogs that have more decency. What a sick, perverted individual you are! You are on the road straight to hell, Gavin McInnes. You are fooling them. You are full of demons. Your soul has been utterly possessed by the diabolical. You are worthy of execution! You are worthy of death. Bottom line."

"And that faggot that he kissed, Milo Yiannopoulos, is also worthy of death," Shoebat later declared. "If I had the power, I would string him up, put a noose around his neck, put him before a firing squad, any means necessary to annihilate these bastards. It's just so disgusting."

Steve Pieczenik & Alex Jones #conspiracy rightwingwatch.org

Pieczenik: Here’s where we get into the intelligence community and what I said a long time ago: When the CIA recruits an individual, particularly a president of the United States, there has to be a psychological deficit and lacunae in their personality. In the case of Bill Clinton, it was the fact his mother was a prostitute, she ran a whorehouse in Hope, Arkansas, and he was nothing but the bastard child of the john.

In the case of Obama, he was known to be a homosexual in Chicago with Rahm Emanuel, who was a trained ballet dancer, and he was recruited by the CIA repeatedly and basically threatened by them and the Muslim Brotherhood and everything else. That’s why the political correctness comes in.

Now, in the case of Hillary Clinton, I’ve known her for years and I’ve known her other family members, she is a well-known lesbian. The reason why she’s been recruited and could be threatened is she’s has a history of lesbian affairs which is relevant only to the fact that it’s a national security problem. [Huma] Abedin may be her lover, Abedin may be her lesbian lover, I could care less. But the point of fact is not one of our presidents, presently or in the future, other than Trump, is a highly compromised candidate.

Jones: And that’s why they hate Trump. He’s not compromised. He’s open about women.

Kevin Swanson #fundie #homophobia rightwingwatch.org

Yesterday, Colorado-based pastor Kevin Swanson addressed the massacre at a gay nightclub in Orlando by arguing that homosexuality and Islam are both inherently violent because God gives gay people and Muslims up to their dishonorable ways and other sins like murder.

“Why do homosexuals murder homosexuals?” he asked. Because, according to Romans 1, “God gave them up to vile passions.” “Violence” and “murder,” he said, are deeply tied to homosexuality.

“What’s the bottom line as we view what’s happening in Orlando today?” he said. “I think it is, again, the Romans 1 scenario, it is that God gives them up.”

The Orlando massacre, Swanson added, shows what happens when God’s “restraints have been lifted entirely and when God doesn’t restrain, people go nuts in their sins.”

Swanson hosted an event last year with GOP presidential hopefuls including Texas Sen. Ted Cruz and Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, where he repeated his longtime belief that a just government would put gay people to death.

Bryan Fischer #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Bryan Fischer kicked off his radio program today with a teaching from Daniel 2, the lesson of which, he declared, is that he, his audience and their fellow Christians are the smartest people in this country.

"The reality is, ladies and gentlemen, we are smarter than the cultural elites," he stated. "And you know that, listening to this program, we play their soundbites, we compare it to the truth; you know that we are smarter than the smartest people in this country. We have more insight, we have more wisdom than the most highly educated, the most influential people in the culture. Why? Because we're smart? No! Because God is smart. That's why we know more than they do, because God is smart and we listen to him and the cultural elites do not."

Timothy Buchanan #fundie rightwingwatch.org

The real problem to be solved, and our only hope for a happy future together is to bridge the divisions that deeply polarize us, and that is not likely to occur any time soon. Why? Because it requires some or most, to forfeit what they refuse to part with–their sinful, selfish and wicked lusts.

Those of us who remember the 1960s recall a time when mass murders, sexual assaults, celebrating perversity and terrorist attacks were rare or unheard of. Abortion was illegal because everyone knew it was evil. Today, these are all commonplace. We were once and for most of our history, largely united in a common belief in God, a common belief in morality and a common respect for law. It was not a perfect paradise, nor was there justice for all. But one generation after World War II, we forgot what and who we are and everyone began to do what was right in his own eyes, but is wrong in God’s eyes.

Contrary to the professions of the Left, diversity is not America’s strength. Diversity is a weakness. For America as a nation, unity is our strength and we have lost it. Certainly, there can exist diversity among a united people. But the unifying identity that Americans once shared has been discarded as unnecessary, condemned as elitist and even rejected as a hindrance to free expression and happiness.

It’s worth considering that homosexuals, lesbians, bisexuals and transsexuals might be safer returning to the closet. Flaunting gross immorality and defiant wickedness that is hideous, odious and wretched to an overwhelming majority of people is a foolish and dangerous course of action.

Those who come to the United States from other cultures–some of which are infinitely more moral than our own–are going to be offended and repulsed by the rampant depravity that has become a defining characteristic of our culture. No amount of education, sensitivity training or political indoctrination will change that.

Today we have an entire political party that has devoted itself to dividing and fracturing our nation’s unity. Amazingly, it promotes the most vile forms of wickedness: murder, sexual depravity, lust and rebellion and then condemns the predictable and violent fruit of its own policies and practices.

Hillary Clinton is the face of that party. It’s the party of evil and it must be defeated. If not, its bitter fruit will destroy us all.

Dave Daubenmire #fundie rightwingwatch.org

On his “Pass the Salt” show on Monday, Religious Right activist “Coach” Dave Daubenmire addressed this weekend’s massacre at a gay nightclub in Orlando, claiming that the gay people murdered in the massacre were sacrificed by the devil in order to advance his larger goal of implementing gun control and siccing the government after Christians.

“This shooting down in Orlando, Florida? It will soon be my fault,” Daubenmire said. “It will soon be the fault of radical, right-wing Christians.”

Daubenmire said that the massacre in Orlando showed that “the devil is willing to sacrifice some of his own team in order to get our big players” and warned that gun control will lead to the killing of conservative Christians.

“How long did it take before Obama started talking about gun control?” Daubenmire asked. “How long did it take before you saw him on CNN talking about gun control? How did they get the guns? How long did it take? Not very long, because, see, we’re losing sight of the fact that if they get their guns, our guns, there’ll be more death. There’ll be a lot more death. And when they get their guns, can anybody tell me who’s gonna be dying?”

He said that it's not "gonna be the guys in the ghetto" who are killed due to gun control because "they’re already killing each other,” but rather conservative Christians who are resisting "bowing politically correct to Islam, politically correct to abortion, politically correct to homosexuality” who will die under increased gun control. Daubenmire declared that Islam is “the new religion” and “anybody who’s against this new religion, they’re going to get it.”

After describing the Orlando massacre as a false flag attack, Alex Jones said that the LGBT community is to blame for the deadly terrorist attack at the gay nightclub.

Jones, a close ally of Donald Trump, was particularly angry that President Obama addressed the fact that the assault was directed at LGBT people, claiming that the community frequently hypes the threat of anti-LGBT violence in order to take control of the education system “so you can sexualize my children and indoctrinate them into your cult.”

LGBT leaders, he said, have backed liberal policies that led to the Orlando attack: “I charge the left and I charge Obama and I charge the LGBT community in general with endangering America and with the blood of these fifty-plus innocent men and women who did not deserve to die, who did not deserve to have bullets fired into them and all the other hundreds of thousands of other liberals and gays and others in the Middle East that have been murdered in the last five years under the Al Qaeda/ISIS onslaught that our government and CNN has pushed and said is a good thing.”
