In a recent interview Anthony Fauci said that although he was Catholic, he no longer needed the church because his ‘personal ethics’ were enough.

I laughed out loud when I heard Fauci say this. Fauci is a corrupt tyrant who ruined the careers and reputations of scientists who didn’t align with his Big Pharma projects. He’s the man who killed AIDS patients by means of his dangerous AZT drug. Similarly, more were killed by Remdesivir. It was pushed in hospitals during the plannedemic because Fauci had a stake in it. Seems to me that leading health officials such as Fauci should not make decisions based on their royalties and holdings.

That is true. It’s also true of those opposing health officials, most of which have a stake in selling some alternative treatment.

Fauci is a corrupt tyrant who ruined the careers and reputations of scientists who didn’t align with his Big Pharma projects. He’s the man who killed AIDS patients by means of his dangerous AZT drug. That is just imagining things.

I don't need the superstition that a vaccine would be holy water to understand that getting it is a thoughtful strategy. I have a basic understanding of how they work, how science enables such practical applications and I don't see demons everywhere. I don't assume that the best knowledge sources are nefarious propaganda. So lately I got an update and the side effect was a little sweating and two days of slight shoulder pain. It increases the safety and joy of holiday gatherings. I don't only get vaccinated for me, but also for those around me who are more vulnerable. I'm not egoistic enough to disregard them.

What lockdowns?

Yeah, good question. At first I thought this had to be an old quote, but no, it’s from basically two weeks ago. If I had somehow gone into a coma before the pandemic started and just came out of recently, the only thing I would have noticed that was different would be people wearing masks once in a while.

I thought that I'd amend this with the obvious fact that someone entertaining such conspiracy theories also denies the fact that temporary lockdowns were necessary because hospitals, and sometimes even morgues, were overloaded and full. Full ICU facilities also means that many people who may have survived with adequate timely care died at home, waiting rooms or corridors, etc. It's a difficult situation, facing reality is not always fun. Another reality is that the main reason lockdowns have not recently been needed is the efficacy of vaccination as well as the beginning of potent herd immunity that needed years to develop.

Those advocating for early herd immunity were deluded and those advocating against lockdowns technically didn't care about the massive death of the vulnerable. The corporate elite propaganda reflected the fact that those who only care about profit and exploitation cannot be trusted. That's why unions, regulations, independent press and science taking conflict of interest in consideration, are long known to be necessary.

As they say, ethics is not a county in the UK. Fauci did the best he could, during the pandemic... unlike some who encourage resistance that leads to deaths, just to promote their political ends.
