If somebody who is 81 dies of COVID-19, that is not the same thing as somebody who is 30 dying of COVID-19...If grandma dies in a nursing home at age 81, that's tragic and it's terrible, also the life expectancy in the United States is 80.

If YOUR grandma dies in a nursing home at whatever-age, it’s tragic and terrible, regardless of what age.
My paternal grandma’s sister-in-law is 103. I very much don’t want her to die.
Sure, it’s somewhat easier to accept that people die in old age. But it’s never EASY. My paternal grandmother died of cancer at age 80. My sister and me took turns during the funeral, being absolutely devastated and comforting the other.
It is ALWAYS TOO EARLY for a loved one to die.
(Edit. I fumbled that, the first time around. Unless the loved one is in excruciating pain and no cure is available, it’s ALWAYS too soon.)
Meanwhile, 99-year old Captain Tom Moore: who did 100 laps of his garden.
Turning 100, he was promoted to Colonel: and via his charity walk, raised for the NHS over £30 million.
I guess we make 'em tougher here in Britain, Benny-boy.
What did you do in the war against Coronavirus? Just ask Col. Tom: he's a veteran of WWII.
So I suppose he’d be OK with the President snuffing it, after all Trump is quite old.
Besides, there is a strong level of randomness - while this disease is particularly dangerous to the old and infirm, fit young people are also dying of it.
Look; While I agree that dying young is more tragic, you’re still an insensitive jerkass, Mister Shapiro!
Granny and Grampy deserve to live just as much as Cheerleader Stephanie and little baby Billy!
I’ve said it once, I’ll say it a thousand times. Get my boyfriend’s name OUT of your fucking mouth, you don’t deserve to be called “Ben” - that name’s taken by a sweet blue-eyed boy who has a heart infinitely larger than your shriveled failing ticker. Mom almost used that as my middle name so you can take my almost-middle-name and get it the fuck out of your mouth too. Nowhere in anything you said came even a scintilla close to an actual response, and we’re all stupider for having had to listen to it. I award you no points and may the FSM have mercy on your forsaken soul.
Confused?
