Fascism would not have given Trump a year and a half to hand over the documents.
A fascist DoJ would not even begin investigating Hunter.

A think tank suggested that gas stoves COULD be a little safer. The GOP who cried wolf claimed this was a presidential attack and WAY overreacted. This is strawman pearl clutching.

The first 3 would be Fascism if they had been directed by Biden. In the first case the Justice Department and the FBI tried to avoid raiding Trump’s house but his blatant misuse of classified documents forced the issue. In the second Taibbi wasn’t charge with any crime, he was investigated after selling a pile of Twitter stock because it appeared that somebody else might have been using Taibbi’s name. In the third Bragg wanted to not indict Trump but the evidence of Trump fudging his taxes is too strong to ignore.
In all of these cases in a Fascist state Trump would be arguing his case from behind jailhouse walls. Particularly in the classified document case he has been let out on bond on generous terms.
The 4th is not Fascism and the 5th is right wing rumor stupidity.

No one is making up crimes. Trump just committed those crimes.

The president can't make the FBI raid anyone. Let's face it if the president had that power it would have been used long before now. There are many presidents who surely would have used the FBI against their political enemies. I won't name names.

Joe Biden has never made a single action against fossil Fuels and the gas industry. Most things being blamed on Biden are the suggestions of independent experts.

Now that last one of true. He is trying to appoint people of certain races. As long as they are still qualified so what?

Fascists rarely hesitate before arresting their enemies.

Donald Trump engaging in jingoistic trade wars, even when it’s imports important for US industry. (Fascism or not)

Donald Trump insisting that, being head of state and government, private businesses like Facebook and Twitter have no right to ban him for clear violations of terms of services. (Fascism or not)

Donald Trump painting Mexicans in general as rapists, constantly making promises of building a giant wall at the border to Mexico, haing his border guards lock Mexican children up in cages without even keeping documentation for reuniting them with their parents, and having his immigration officials non-consensually cut out the uteri of pregnant Mexican immigrants. Donald Trump claiming that there are “very fine people” among an overt Neonazi rally that resulted in the murder of a counterprotester. (Fascism or not)

Donald Trump being endorsed by card-carrying fascists. (Fascism or not)

Donald Trump being asked if he still says Mexico is gonna pay for the wall, replying “I never said Mexico is gonna pay for the wall!” (Fascism or not)

Unless Biden was advocating palingenetic ultranationalism and totalitarianism, he isn’t a fascist.
