Another damn shame that we have to educate our kids at an extremely early age about why uncle tony is hugged up and kissing uncle randy and they share a bedroom and a home. Ugh!!! I hope TMH comes soon, cause um ready for all of this shit to be over. Maybe I won't be one of the ones that's chosen by Him and even if I'm not, um still riding until the end comes. Shalom, fam. Somehiw, I suspect you do not refer to your kin's gay lover as 'uncle.' But aside from thst, how hard is it to say 'they love each other?' It's legal in all states. I had a harder time explaining taxation.
And you have the AUDACITY to complain about your people being oppressed? You aren’t making a really good case that you shouldn’t be oppressed. Especially when you say such vile things about people that aren’t doing anything to you at all. This is why I find Antoine Dobson’s religious conversion disheartening. I got a kick out of the “Bed Intruder” guy because he managed to kick out a potential rapist while being PROUDLY, FLAMINGLY, UNASHAMEDLY FABULOUS!
Then he joined one of these groups, suppressed his true self and lives a lie with a wife and a baby.
That said, I still wish that family the best but it’s still sad seeing a gay man suppress himself.
I prefer a world where Dobson is an out, proud, camp-gay “brotha” in “da hood” clobbering rapists like some badass (subverting ‘femme = weak’ and being a counter to all those hyper-masculine, machismo-loving, homophobic black dudes).

When one reads about Jewish people being oppressed, it usually involves being punished for things they didn’t actually do. That shouldn’t happen to anybody, even if their religion has horrible laws. Human rights aren’t a reward for good behavior; they’re basic standards of treatment, limited only when it’s actually needed to protect others (rights to your fist stopping at my nose, etc), and arrest under false pretenses shouldn’t ever be necessary.
Of course, we have it on record that the OP is spreading homophobic rhetoric. He’s an asshole and should be treated like one.

Pretty much, the oppressed who want to become oppressors. They should remember the French Revolution: where those who started by cutting people heads off, like Robespierre, ended up a head shorter themselves. One good thing from those days, however, was that the French became the first European nation to decriminalize homosexual relations, way back in 1791.

I’ll admit, I was being a bit harsh when I said that. If I sounded racist, then I apologize. I also apologize to the OP despite his homophobic comment because what I said does not sound helpful to the issues of racism and homophobia.
