Yet the model prayer attributed to Jesus doesn't pray for animals. So did he also explain the reason of the discrepancy? Or maybe you consider "his rules" unjust, so want to improve an austere heaven by also bringing pets there? :)
I'm not really sure that I understand it all, it's not particularly lucid... But I've seen similar arguments by spiritualists believing in reincarnation. And I was raised in a superstitious Yahweh/Jehovah holy name cult that would consider that "spiritism". So it makes me think of syncretic gnostic cults, as I've seen such mix and confuse it all together... On the other hand there were mystics in the more traditional branches of all 5 great religions. In Catholicism, some can get executed as a heretic to a hundred years later become a saint. "A little late, but we're sorry to have been murderous assholes, bro..."
There also was animism and variants and under entheogens, or perhaps also under some psychotic episodes, the experiences may be perceived as "confirming" the delusion that everything has higher consciousness. Then in dreams, a character might strangely but "naturally" change shape or be an animal or another human while preserving the identity of the original character, and it's when waking up that we realize it...
In the Jehovah's Witness doctrine, there would be animals in paradise Earth, including carnivores that strangely would become hervibores. No mention of how they'd do it with teeth and digestive system adapted to eat flesh, they believe that all animals were herbivores and that carnivores magically appeared after the mythical flood. And they reject evolution. But they'd die and populate like animals today and not be subject to sin, salvation or resurrection. No mention of animals or pets in the celestial heaven for the annointed, but some prophetic visions sometimes used animals as symbols. More tragically, there might be no sex for eternal humans in paradise Earth. :)
