Is anyone actually buying that #COVID19 is spiking? Well, just ask Donald Fart's 'Terrific Guy' Bozo the Clown: and not just because he caught the Covid.
When nary six hours ago - when he was originally going to make such an announcement on Monday - a leak to the press forced him to announce a Lockdown II: Electric Boogaloo in Britain.

I think Chump heard that a lot of Covid deaths involved non-whites and, assuming it was ALL non-whites, got a hate-boner and decided to attempt the lamest germ-warfare campaign imaginable.
Either that or I think wingnuts see the writing on the wall and are attempting suicide since the Rapture ain’t happenin’. They can’t kill themselves directly because they consider that sinful, so they get themselves sick instead.
