Your premise is faulty. Carrying a child as young as 12 isn't really that unsafe biologically speaking. It may provide a few more complications that most within a society would like to mitigate, but it's not to any high degree unsafe as a metric of health.

They are though. Preteens have and can delivered a child. When it comes to evolution, it's all about your ability to survive long enough to have a child and pass on your genes. Obviously modern society has moved on from the physical ability to have a child and more towards the mental maturity to have a child. But biologically speaking it's entirely viable.

Where are your statistics? What about the health of societies where that is normalized? Why deny historical facts in favor of your pseudoscientific personal rationalizations, to justify your abuse fantasies? To deprive women of a better life, of access to education, etc.?

Sorry but studies said otherwise. Plus did most girls even have babies as pubescent? Bonobos start sexual maturity at 5, but don’t have babies until 13-15. Chimps start at 7 and most become pregnant at 13-14. I doubt they’re practicing safe sex or avoiding sex. The same could be for ancient humans, whom start sexually maturity at 12-15, but most weren’t able to get pregnant until a several years later. The same for modern hunter-gatherers were early- mid teens are sexually active but don’t have their babies until a late teens (although in one tribe it two-three years after 12). I doubt they have very effective birth control. During puberty the menstrual cycle is unbalanced so ovulation doesn’t occur on every cycle. The menstrual cycle is irregular for the first few years. Girls under 15 also have a higher chance of miscarriage. That won’t stop very young pregnancy, but it might help lower it.
