Regular readers will remember the story of the judge that was attacked for setting up a trust that only paid out to his kids if they are in a heterosexual marriage with someone of the same race.

Well, that judge, Vic Cunningham, who scandalized the Jewish media when it was found that he had normal desires for his family, tried the case of a Jew in 2003. And the judge’s alleged racism is being used to claim that he was also an anti-Semite and so the case should be retried.

A Jewish death row inmate in Texas who says his judge was anti-Semitic has appealed to the Supreme Court.

Randy Halprin is set to be executed on Oct. 10. He was part of the “Texas 7” group of prisoners who escaped from a prison in the state in 2000 and were convicted and sentenced to death for the murder of a police officer who responded to a robbery they committed. Four of them have already been executed.

And one committed suicide. The seventh is going to be executed in November of this year.

In May, Halprin said in an appeal that the judge who sentenced him in 2003, Vickers Cunningham, referred to him using anti-Semitic slurs, including “f****n’ Jew” and “g*****n k**e.” The court denied his appeal last month.

So there is no evidence that the judge was an anti-Semite. There is just the claim of a Jew murderer that he was called mean names.

The entire thing hinges on the story of the racist trust.

In all likelihood, the judge wasn’t an anti-Semite. Most good old boy types in Texas, who would want their daughters marrying white men, think Jews are God’s chosen people, because that’s what Jew-bought televangelists have been saying for fifty years.

But even if he did hate Jews, the idea that he was calling the Jew a “goddamn kike” right in the court room, to the Jew’s face, is so stupid it’s almost unfathomable that someone could have the nerve to make such a claim.

But look at his cousins over at the ACLU circling the wagons.

Definitely not the most sympathetic of Jews.

But the ADL has certainly gone to bat for unsympathetic Jews before.

In fact, the ADL was founded to defend a Jew who raped and murdered a 13-year-old white girl and blamed it on black people.

Jewish people are literal demonic monsters and they should all be on death row.
