Now are there sometimes issues like you have said that may have to do with proper girth size? Yes. But there are many women who face this issue even into their 20’s(I have had female relatives that had to have C-sections for all their births because of this).

Also look at mental readiness. Not every part of the body primes at the same time, even, say, uterus and mammary glands.
Besides, how desperate are you to produce more (only potential) Christians? “Smother with superior numbers” isn’t a terribly sophisticated stratagem, and given the kind of casualty potential, probably not good for morale.
Wait, preteen pregnancy has a number of issues, but because at least one issue is shared with teen or post teen pregnancies….what? It’s not that bad?

Them having c sections IS proper medical care and support, you edjit! Pregnancy is actually serious stuff that can and does have an impact on women and girls! And preteens most DEFINITELY should not be having children themselves! They will need a lot more support and medical care just to carry the baby to term and there after!

Actually, it will lead to war. Well, more war than we currently have. As, of course, each religion’s leaders will conclude the world is becoming overpopulated … with members of the other religions. Note those leaders and their children will not be fighting the war.

No care for a woman’s maturity or health…Although from the first comment, I’m wondering if you mean that they think maturity itself is Bad. (Well, given that someone thought my encapsulation of fascism as a war against the very concept of maturity was the best definition they’d ever seen…) Or at least that they think only God and (maybe) his cherubim are capable of genuine maturity, or have the right to it.
Some adult people are not mentally ready to face adult relationships. It doesn't mean that children who also cannot should be forced into it. The above is the same kind of stupid argument, but also whataboutism that attempts to distract from the fact that they're also not ready mentally and emotionally, not mature enough.
It seems that much if not most FSTDT featured posts from that website advocate for the abuse of women and children.
