Unfortunately it appears that almost my entire extended family is all "woke" and got on the BLM bandwagon. What to do? It seems I'll have to remain officially neutral, especially if I want to see the grandbaby and keep peace in the family. However I refuse to kneel to anybody, especially a nigger. As a matter of fact I won't have anything to do with them, anyway.

I’m betting your attitude of “not having anything to do with them” will change quickly if you’re in an accident or have a heart attack, and the first responders include POC. If you need health care, whether emergency or not, are you going to insist on being treated by a white doctor, even if means waiting a few more hours or traveling to a different clinic? What if the person who will be processing your mortgage refi application is Black – going to go to a different lender? Not buy something from a store if the clerk is Black? Even in Ireland, it’s increasingly likely you’ll have to deal with POC, whether you like it or not.

My how the times have changed. Used to be the liberal members of the family were the ones that had to keep silent to keep the peace, now the racists are the ones who have to keep their mouths shut. Can't say there's been no progress.

Poor dear, Paddy, you don’t deserve such a family, and I wouldn’t blame them if they did cut you off, white trash. There was a time when we Irish were so downtrodden, that we were called “white Ngrs” and starved in famines. That should give you solidarity with the blacks - as it does for me.
