>women have historically been subservient to whomever was in power. This runs counter to the Constitutional government that was implanted in America where government was to be divided and minimized and considered a threat to freedom. Women have gained freedom but at a great price to their children and society.
So freedom is good, unless it's women's freedom?
>American culture is changing
It's been changing since before it was even a nation. 1776 America was very different than 1860s America and then 1900 America and so forth. Read a history book sometime.
>women have traditionally built successful families but never a successful nation
??? Doesn't a country benefit from having stable, loving families as it produces well adjusted adults? Conservatives are always decrying the decline of the family unit. This part makes no sense.
>Women in government now argue over men being traditionally in charge, not substantive issues that demand attention. The purpose of government now is to elect more females, not deal with the pressing issues of the day.
It's more a side project for liberals than the raison d'être. 50% of the population is female, therefore it would make sense if 50% of our representatives are also women. Also there are issues that women tend to be more concerned about and getting more women into office would hopefully get those issues discussed and fixed. If you want to talk about not discussing pressing issues, look to no other than Mitch McConnell.
