I was a software engineer/sysadmin/web dev/IT guy for 15 years, including during the period this was originally posted. I had hundreds of female colleagues over the years (I only worked for small companies), all of them excellent.
Setting up servers, pre-populating stuff in templates, everything he brags about, this is all done automatically by open source tools OP doesn't contribute to. He just typed "make new project" into a terminal. There was a time when you had to know where every piece of the puzzle went to build websites, but those days are long gone.
