Elsa should be asexual. I think it would be far more interesting if she never finds "her true love" and she's okay with that. Not everyone needs someone or has someone.
That said if she is gay she wouldn't be "suddenly turned gay" why? Because her sexuality wasn't brought up at any point the first movie. People who think she's straight and people who think she's homosexual have the same evidence, none.
