On reason is that women (I mean women in general, not just lesbians) have had to fight for many things throughout history (now, some things were given Biblically to all humans, but were perverted by governments and religions down through history - some things that women have fought for are not Biblical . . .) and have made women somewhat hardened and more bold. So, since a lesbian woman is a "double minority" gives them more power than gay men.

I am absolutely FED up with all these atheist. They complain about everything. I am sure satan is enjoying all of this. Sadly it seems the atheist are multiplying quickly, enticing more and more people in to their beliefs and away from God. Everywhere I look it seems an atheist is around the corner spewing hatred. Unfortunately for me my boss is one of them, I pray for him all the time. A little off topic, but some prayers I can find a new job would be appreciated.

Of all the Satan-derived religions, athiesm is the one that gets in my craw the most. Them people are always after "logic" or some other proof that the LORD exists and is involved in our lives in some meaningful way.

Fact is, the only "proof" we have for God is that we each have some ability to sense him. We've all been told from birth that there is some type of God - the muslim have their moon god, the catholics have the queen of heaven, the hindu have that Shiva, etc.

Now we all know that these are false gods, but dang, at least it's a god and because people have beliefs that they've been told from birth just lets me know that it has to be the truth - that there is God. I just happen to know that Jesus is the right one.

Like someone said above, the martyrs didn't get killed over a LIE! They knew the truth and stayed with it because they knew Jesus was real. Even the Muslims today are killing themselves to be martyrs because they know there is a afterlife. They might be wrong about the afterlife, but they definately know that something is there - why would they be willing to die for it if it was all a fake?

But these atheist come around and just ruin all our proof and point out crazy stuff. image Well, maybe we don't have "science" proof, but we all know the facts. Logic doesn't have nothing to do with faith.

From what I have been able to see from the maps the earthquakes are indeed swarming and at a good bit stronger levels than normal. Keep in mind that a mag 4 quake is ten times stronger than a mag 3 quake which in turn is ten times stronger than a mag 2 quake.

That means that the normal mag 1 and 2 range quakes are not all that strong considering that they are occuring under the worlds largest super volcano. But now we are seeing them approaching mag 4 (3.8) which would be 100 times more energy released than a mag 2.

This could actually be nothing more than minor stirrings and nothing to worry about. But in light of the absence of the United States in end times prophecy I am concerned about anything that could cause us to stop being a world power. And Yellowstone is definitely one of the things that could do as much or more than all the worst plans of the terrorists. In fact, if Yellowstone went off it could bring on more than one biblical prophecy. So now the question is; what position are we in related to bible prophecy? Have any of the things that must happen first happened or could Yellowstone go off at any time now and not be out of the end times timeline?

If Yellowstone did go off it would bring on the prophecies of the sun darkening like sackcloth, the moon being red as blood, and would also bring on a version of nuclear winter for the entire world.

This fall I heard 'those that know what is best for us' repeating the mantra: "we must all get the flu vaccine for the good of the entire community". They can hammer away at our individual rights and liberties by claiming actions are for the "good of the community" or "for the children". We're being indoctrinated now, have been for quite a while, so when these things get shoved down our throats only a small percentage of the population will object, and those will find themselves on the wrong end of the law and fined, imprisoned, whatever... whatever it takes to get them out of the way.

When they search your home and find a firearm, you are a terrorist, and maybe guilty of a horrible fabricated crime. When they find your modest pantry full of food it is your fault that children are starving while you hoard food selfishly for yourself. When the time comes, it is a no win situation for those who seek God and endeavor to live according to His Way. Your children will be taken from you and taught that you are an enemy... they may even be the ones to turn you in.

I think the Rapture is a matter of months away now. I think we are done counting years. With Israel rejecting a truce and continuing its campaign against Hamas, I think the the violence will continue to escalate up to the Destruction of Damascus as the exclamation point. It will be one of those moments where the whole world just stops and realizes things have gone too far. We the church will be happy as a pig in slop when we see it, realizing our Lord's return can be literally moments away.

This is what bothers me about those who are left behind. They just don't comprehend that without the believers and the restrainer in place, even their "goodness" will not protect them. Can you imagine that people are going to just walk up to people and kill them. They will hurt and abuse them just for kicks. They will want what they have and just take it. Robbery and murder all day long. Cops won't be able to protect them.The restrainer is the ONLY reason this type of tragedy is not happening every minute of the day. People don't commit crimes because they may get caught or they don't want their Mom or Dads to see them in jail. But when the conscious that governs good and evil is gone, there will be nothing left to stop them.

I get upset at my non-believing friends and family because they do not understand how unfair it is to me (us) to have to worry about them now...today... because of what I know for tomorrow. And the ones who keep saying, "but I am a good person". How long is that good going to last when they are left behind to try and defend themselves. It is going to turn into an eye for and eye. This type of tragedy will become so common place, it won't even make news..... Do our unsaved loved ones have a clue as to the fear we have for them being left behind? They can't care because they don't know........ I am just upset now thinking about it....

Wouldn't it be wonderful if the Rapture occurred, tonight in New York's Time Square with everyone standing there watching the ball drop? Now, I don't want to think about how few Christians might be in that crowd, or how many others will be too intoxicated to notice.......but mainly the world wide coverage of everyone viewing...that would be awesome!

And if not, then how about on Inauguration Day? Another event where people world wide will be viewing....

That would certainly dispel the myth of the "secret Rapture" wouldn't it?

I agree to a point...I hate to see anyone innocent lose their life... Jewish or Palestinian... so to say "Well, shut up, already" is pretty insensitive to the mother mourning her baby or daughter mourning her father's death. How can you say that anyone needs to "cease to exist?" Would you actually say this in front of Jesus? Not every Palestinian is a terrorist, the same way that every Iraqi is not a terrorist. That would be like saying California should be blown off the map because it is infested with gays...terribly short-sighted.
Israel is right by defending themselves but to lump every Palestinian into the "needs to be killed" group is just plain wrong.

This is my 6th year of homeschooling my children. My oldest started 9th grade this year and started attending our public high school. He may not stay there for the whole year. In the few short years that we were out of the public school system - it seems like things have gotten worse. The liberals have slowly taken control of our schools and it's been so gradual that Christians have not noticed.

We watched the movie "Expelled" last night and Ben Stein interviewed several professors who basically said the same thing - their faith eroded after learning evolution in college. More and more - evolution is being taught in our middle and high schools as a fact. Intelligent Design isn't given the same amount of teaching time - if any at all. If Intelligent Design is mentioned - it's with a roll of the eyes and the implication that it's a belief for "nutty" Christians.

One professor interviewed had a history of brain tumors and said that he used to have a Christian faith, but when he learned the "truth" of evolution from his teachers and textbooks - he realized "there is no such thing as life after death, no such thing as morality, no such thing as free-will, no such 'thing' as God." He said that if his brain tumors came back he would shoot himself in the head, because "this life" is all there is. This wasn't a crazed drug addict. This was a professor teaching in a university.

If we're still here in 5 years - I believe we'll see the freedom to homeschool our children taken away.

Christmas with the REAL Cranks

The entire family, most of both sides, came to our house this year (it rotates). Many of my relatives share in the Holy Spirit, but many also don't. Right now, I have in my house.

A sixteen-year old cousin-in-law who claims to be both Wiccan and Christian. Her boyfriend bought her an ouija board for Christmas. I made her leave it in the car.

Two nephews (twelve and ten) whose dad thinks are funny and cute when they swear and act angry.

A mother-in-law who, for whatever reason, thinks that everyone, everywhere, is automatically saved, but that we still should "be good." For who? Santa?

A six year old niece who repeatedly says she's excited about "Santa Claus day" and doesn't seem to know anything about Christmas.

I know I should be trying to evangelize, but I feel so weak, like a bird that God just hatched that is still getting stronger. I read some of the kids a picture book on the Nativity last night, though, and they liked it.
