So many of us are confused and shaken by the same thing. It just don't make sense.....yet even hard Bible teaching Churches just don't seem to be teaching it or making an issue of it. Friends that you know are saved, go to church and largely live by His word just don't, can't or won't see it and/or acknowledge it. Why???
Is it just us? Is it some special kind of faith that we have and most don't?
Are we just more serious about it, less lip service and going through the motions?
Is this a special End Times Gift given by the Holy Spirit to us to be Watchmen on the Wall?
How can this be so clearly defined, so sharp and bold, real and obvious as the noses on our face to us and so invisible to everybody else, even those we think are serious Born Again Believers?
I suspect one day we will be given the answers, but apparently not now. It is a puzzlement.

Who would have thought a few years ago, something like Broke Back Mountain would be allowed on the screen. Its why kids are so violent now a days, they see violence in video games, hear it in music, watch it on tv and cartoons, see it in the paper and in their schools, it is nothing to hear about someone being killed on the street in your city-thirty years ago it would have been news and shocking.
Kids so more sex acts on tv, in music and video's by the time they are grown ups that having sex is really no big deal. Its just a 'thing' to do.
Its terrible what hollywood is doing to this country, and we let them in our homes.
I think an Obama win means we're closer to the end of America as we've known it. Because it will show for the first time that the majority of Americans are leaning left which means it's going to be easier to get the U.S. into globalization and and a one-world government. It will mean that the values of God, family, and country that America was founded on will be thrown out the window and as a nation we will embrace what the world believes in, not what God says is right and wrong.
Some years ago I was at a seminar where I met Mr. John N. Moore. If my memory serves me correctly, he was the Chairperson of the biology department at Michigan State University for a number of years.
A film was shown at the seminar about dinosaur footprints and human footprints being found in the same riverbed together. The film showed a 'dozer' cutting away more of the hill at the bank of the river to show whether additional evidence could be found, since the path of the two led that way. Sure enough, additional footprints for both the human and the dinosaur were found. The event was witnessed by two recognized scientists from other universities on camera, and they were most surprised, and could not refute the findings, and had no explanation for the phenomena.
If I remember my biology correctly, it seems the evolutionists generally deny that man and dinosaurs ever existed together upon the earth.
The evidence I saw unveiled (or dug up on the spot) in the film surely shows otherwise.
I have never encountered this evidence discussed in a textbook presentation of factual science.
I suspect that evolutionists are not much in favor of allowing the publication of evidence which does not fit their theory of macro-evolution. They particularly would resist making such evidence available in the science classroom.
A news clip on the sell off said it is the worst drop in the market since right after 9/11 seven years ago. The "seven" years ago is what grabbed my attention more than anything. Seven being the number of completion. Just a thought.

Those who pretend to hate us really hate the message. For it is unbelief in the Word of God that condemns men to an eternity in hell. It's when we repeat the words of Jesus as He shows the depravity of man, that they hate the message (of course they then hate the messengers too)

I have always heard that demons or Nephilim (whichever) aren't actually traveling around in physical aircraft, just that they can create the illusion of a physical object. It's not real, that's why it's so hard to get a picture or any actual proof of a UFO that is convincing. I've also read that abductions are all dreams that demons can project into your mind. I don't believe there are real pregnancies or hybrids walking the earth or anything. But they would probably visit women regularly and make them think they're pregnant or that they had a baby stolen. I don't really believe any of it, but it is a neat thing to think about. It would make a great story. As for the Bible, I can't recall a place that actually states anything to support this concretely.

Although I'm used to responses of shock and outrage, I'd prefer for you not to lose your mind, folks. We're not all alike out here. I'm proud to be a woman, and I value my "right" to vote, and I wish that all women would vote responsibly. But when the government got involved in marriage, legalistically, they had to offer the service to everyone, because it's everyone's government. I am all in favor of returning the right to issue marriage licences to the CHURCH, where it belongs. That may sound radical, but how else can we protect the sanctity of marriage as God designed it?

Funny you ask this. My husband and I have a friend that we were debating whether she was saved or not. Hubby said yes because she's always said she was Christian, I said no. I had a feeling she believes her "good works" are what will get her into heaven. So, one time when we were at her house, I somehow brought up Jeffrey Dahmer (the serial killer that ate his victims). I said that the story was that he was saved when he was in prison, so we would see him in heaven. Then I told her Mother Theresa may not be in heaven if those letters she wrote that questioned Jesus were true. Well, our friend just about had a heart attack!
So now, that's my new test to see if people really understand grace and salvation. Tell them that Jeffrey Dahmer may be in heaven and Mother Theresa may not. The way they react really shows what they believe.
