Which ironically, can lead to higher rates of unsafe sex when young t(w)eens begin to engage in sexuality, but have not been educated on safe sex - though I'm assuming we both agree that "abstinence only" sex education is a terrible idea.
You make a few more assumptions/implications about the sexuality. One is that any adult/child interactions are "adult sexuality", but in reality only a small minority of "sexual abuse" involves actual penetration and intercourse; likely because when the child is a willing participant and respected by their partner, than the child will say no when they don't enjoy something (and many children are not physically ready for intercourse) and have that choice be respected.

There are quite a few online communities (including r/pedofriends) of pedophiles who don't harm anyone. I am a pedophile myself and would never harm a child. Over 50% of child molesters are not pedophile (they have some other mental condition that leads them to molest a child).

We are in the worst place at the worst time in terms of relationships and sex. 50/60 years ago, the dating market was completely different from now. Sex was only allowed in marriage, people who had it outside of wedlock were shamed and punished. But then the sexual revolution happened. In theory, this should have been a great idea: Casual sex and sex outside of marriage are now accepted. People can enjoy it without any restrictions. But this had one flaw: Women don’t want sex. Sex is a resource for them they use to get what they want. So the demand for sex went higher, since men wanted to enjoy this casual sex but the supply stayed the same. Women were not interested in it, thus creating a power imbalance on the dating market in favour of women. Just like in a relationship, where the partner who cares less about the relationship has the most power.
Now this back 20/30 years this was not this bad since there where still some restrictions like limited options. You had your town/city maybe the neighbourhood town but the number of potential partners was small. Then technology began to make progress, the internet came and with it new forms of dating. Suddenly you just didn’t have a handful of people to choose from but the whole internet. Again, theoretically this should have benefited men and women. More options mean more chances to find the one for you. But now the power imbalance hit with full force. Without limitations, women could demand best men thanks to the power they had on the dating market. Instead to settle and lower their standards like they were forced to do back then, they could be as demanding as they wanted to and still find someone.
Now we are in the strange situation that the standards for men are still rising while the standards for female are dropping. Men get told they should go to the gym, get a good career, be better looking, be richer. On the other side, women get told even the 400 lbs landwhale is beautiful and deserve a fit and tall men. Thanks to the position of power females hold in the market, the chances are good she finds one. This creates a spiral in which the standards for men rise and rise while many men struggle to keep up with it or are left behind. Men are forced to go lower and lower to find relationships and sex making it even easier for women to date up, creating incels in the progress since we don’t have the option to date down.
And this is what I mean when I say we are in the worst place in the worst time. The market is dictated by females, creating even higher standards since nobody challenges their position of power. Men are like hamsters in their wheels trying to run faster to keep up with it, fuelling the female privilege even more. A downward spiral that creates incels, or simply men who can’t keep up with the rising standards.
As a summation, I encourage my fellow incels to stop the self-improvement. You are chasing standards that will get higher day by day, encouraging females to set the limits even higher since they can. Someone who comes here and says you have to improve means that you should bow to the standards female can set because they have the power in the market. Missing the point
Some of you are missing the Point. Sure it is possible to lose your virginity after 21 or even get into a relationship. But if you are doing it with an average female the chances of a equitable relationship are zero.
Let's say you 23 and never dated. Your girl is also 23 and has lead a normal existence. Not even slutting it up she would have double digit sex partners assuming she's lost her virginity at 17 and only had two partner she per year.
So you get in a relationship with her and she has all these experiences and you have none. Are you going to lie about it or tell the truth? She can probably tell anyway so you might as well tell the truth. But now she knows you're a loser- there IS A REASON YOU HAVENT HAD SEX BY 21.
Remember that the person who cares less in a relationship has the most power. If I have options I care less. That's the entire point. The reality is that for the vast majority of human history, romantic marriages have been the exception, not the norm. You might love your husband as a person. That makes sense, as you likely chose each other but I'm going to hazard a guess that you had the luxury to not have an arranged or very early (think: a 21 year and an 18 year old getting married after 3 months of closely chaperoned dating) marriage. For the other 95% of humanity, marriages have been economic arrangements primarily and personal arrangements eventually.

I also think that blaming inner-city dysfunction on the drug war is laughably naive. You really think that Detroit would just become a modern marvel of prosperity if it's denizens could buy black tar at Costco? Give me a fuckin break. If anything, removing one of the last viable side-hustles from a poverty stricken and embittered populace would probably have them grasp at even more anti-social methods of illicit income than drug dealing, even though battles over territory are a real problem.

To what extent this is a cultural artifact or is genetically determined is not really relevant to the outcome, but it does no one any favors to avoid the overwhelming evidence of cognitive/behavioral racial differences in favor of glib explanations for disparities that invite even sillier faux solutions. It makes you rely on vast international conspiracy theorizing and ad-hoc rationalizations as an explanatory basis for your religious-like faith that all human groups are the same in ability, potential, etc. This is an extraordinarily shaky foundation that will continue to be eviscerated by the alt-right.

Countries like Poland and Finland were dominated by fascists and fascist sympathizers before WW2, so I don't feel much sympathy for them.

I don't quite get your point. You don't have to look much farther than our nation's immigration policies pre-1960s to see clearly that we favored white immigrants over non-white. Of course there would exist cultural differences between white Americans, we all had to have come from Europe, which has many diverse cultures, but the beauty of being racially homogeneous meant that these cultures co-existed rather peacefully and we were able to make some pretty amazing strides. This wasn't some complex structure, it was simply natural to want a country that's racially homogeneous, that's how all societies organize.
The U.S is at its core white, that's how its been for the vast majority of its history. I do accept the fact that we certainly can allow non-whites to live here, blacks have been here for as long as whites have and the U.S is as much their home as it is ours. I just want a return to sanity, there is a clear trend among the left that we can't have a majority white population, that we need less and less white people. This entire movement is a reaction against that trend, some are far more extreme than I am. I don't consider myself a fascist, a monarchist or any other form of authoritarian. I'm more of a centrist than anything and I think our political system is great, though corrupted and in need of a cleaning. At the very least, we need to end policies that favor non-whites over whites and start enforcing border security, at the most we need to restrict immigration to allow in only high skill specialists and start incentivizing whites to marry more and have more children.

I agree that there are several causes.
The sexual revolution in the 1960's screwed up the courtship process and our culture is still suffering from it. Before the 1960's, there were conventions for dating. The man always asked the woman out (or asked for her parents' permission, if she was young). You were not supposed to have sex before marriage. The man proposed marriage, the woman decided whether to accept.
In the 60's, the pill became available and all hell started to break loose. At first, it was just hippie stoners breaking convention, but premarital sex increased, and TV shows and commercials started popping up that urged women to ask the men out, take the lead in the relationship, and propose. The courtship process was disintegrating.
In the 1950's, college dorms were segregated by gender, and there were strict rules in place to keep the kids from being alone in the dorms. (There were still entire schools that were only for one gender, and chaperoned social events would take place so students from the men's college and women's college could meet.) By the 1980's, all that fell apart and college life made hooking up easy. Everyone was sleeping around in their 20's instead of getting married. This was supposed to make everyone feel more happy and free, but everyone stayed single longer and it didn't really work out that way. Lots of people were miserable with no structure for dating.
In the 1990's, two Jewish ladies from New York wrote a book called "The Rules" that became a best-seller and a national phenomenon. It was a guide for women on how to get married, and it essentially told women to reestablish the dating conventions of the 1950's. The book told women to stop asking men out, and it told them to delay having sex. It told them to stay in shape, grow their hair long, dress well, and be well-groomed. The gist was: be a girly-girl and play hard-to-get, because men have a natural instinct to "hunt" for a mate. Men don't want to commit when everything is too easy.
A lot of women followed "The Rules" and claimed that the book increased their self-esteem, led to better relationships, and indeed, led to marriages. But there was a huge media backlash against the book. Feminists said that the book was setting the women's movement back and creating double standards for women. Some of the "Rules" were well-intentioned in theory, but came across on paper as manipulative or rude. Oprah and Bill Maher trashed the book. SNL tried to make it look bad. The authors wrote 4 books total, based on feedback from their readers, but after one of the authors got divorced, the movement died.
More recently, there was an Abstinence movement in Christian communities. This is an agreement between the two sexes, and that's an improvement over "The Rules," which focused only on female behavior. Abstinence got tons of bad press and criticism too. Both movements helped a lot of couples, but failed to catch on in society at large, and that leaves us with lonely, disconnected people, turning to technology for intimacy.
They can't do that. The left has never been able to engage the actual right wing ("far right") in debate openly, they rely on either violence or in forcing the opposition to concede to their worldview in advance (eg "racism is wrong, you must agree that it's wrong or I will ban you, now try to argue your point of view under that restriction").
The left will only debate with milquetoast "conservatives" who have already conceded to the leftist worldview and are hamstrung on that basis.
When the "far right" starts to speak openly and without forced concession, the left cannot respond with debate and so resorts to violence.

Libertarianism proper may be falling out of favor, and will die completely if it doesn't give up open borders advocacy and SJW culture rot, but basic libertarian values rooted in traditional American mythology are as strong as ever. Most Americans don't want to live under an authoritarian government that micromanages their lives, whether in a centrally planned economy sucking off the productive classes, or a fascist ethnostate enforcing racial purity laws. White advocacy in and of itself needs no apology or further justification, I'm with you there, but forming a white ethnostate on the North American continent is an entirely different story. There just isn't the numbers to do this democratically and the demographic goose is already cooked via non white births. It's going to take more than just asserting that you want this to convince enough white people that this is even desirable, let alone make the monumental sacrifices necessary to achieve it. If you can tie the demographic changes to the permanent death of the American dream and the unfettered increase in state control of every aspect of life in a dysfunctional, corrupt, and hollow system that hates whites while sponging off them parasitically, now you have something powerful. Developing a clear plan to achieve this in a way that would preserve and protect the white majority in this territory, without being absolutely exclusionary, violent, or even adversarial towards non-whites who buy in to these values, would frame this in a way that would at least be somewhat palatable to the 99% of modern whites who are not willing to just blow the heads off random brown people just to not have them as neighbors.
