Since the 1950s or so the economy has done better under Democrats and worse under Republicans, modern Republicans are simply in denial about it. The current bit is to claim that current problems are because of Biden, which is simply a lie. Biden spent his entire term working to recover from the damage Trump did the first time and the situation was improving. It wasn’t great but it started terrible and was working up to OK.

Well, just 20th January 2025 onwards has proven that it’s now more than impossible for the Democrats to do any worse, economically, diplomatically, and politically, OP.
Under this republican administration gas prices and grocery prices soared. People can't afford necessities. We're weaker than ever, our economy is devastated, value of the dollar plummeted, etc. seems to me the republican IS already worse
