By these bitches logic, a woman with ovarian/uterine cancer shouldn't have surgery to remove the cancer or go on replacement hormones afterwards because their womb is working juuuuuuust fine...

I totally agree with folk but as an aside my mother had pelvic clearance surgery due to cancer ( it is as you would imagine from the name - bladder and womb ). If she wanted to maintain her vaginal canal she would have to dilate, she opted not to. I cannot speak to the experience of that or what her vaginal canal is like now but it is actually a thing, though very rare.

Not relevant to men getting their penises inverted and then whining that dilation hurts. Your mother’s was a horrible necessary operation (I hope she’s fully recovered). Theirs is butchery for a fetish.

If you feel you need to surgically alter your body to be able to live a good life, and getting that surgery actually makes you want to live and be happy, then I'd say that surgery is necessary.

Cis people are the lucky many to have been born with their gender matching their sex. Trans people weren’t so lucky.
