So when the cops get called to the trailer park to sort a domestic disturbance between some white trash and their sister/wife it’s no biggie if they open with throwing every random passerby in sight to the ground, treating anyone that tries to speak to them like an active threat, running down anyone that tries to move along and mind their own business and gives them the “resisting arrest” treatment, crushes somebody’s trachea somewhere along the line because even though they’re prone cuffed and unmoving they could theoretically try something and it’s just easier if they’re unconscious, tase everyone with a beer or near a beer and if they’re too drunk to stand up straight continue beating them until they stand up and walk in a straight line before they’re taken to the drunk tank even if they sustain injuries during their “sobriety test” that should have them sent to a hospital, scream at anyone having a medical emergency and assume they’re on drugs including threatening and using force in whichever order to get them to shut up and restraining them to make sure they can’t try anything if they lose consciousness from whatever was causing their distress and neglecting to call paramedics because fuck that druggie, finally getting around to kicking in the door of the trailer they were called to check on and shooting anyone that twitches even if they’re not sure of the address, toss the place for anything that might not be legal without warrant because probable cause is good enough even though that’s not how it works, and gives the “resisting arrest treatment” to anyone that moves, anyone that breathes, anyone that looks directly at them, and GOD HELP THEM if they bring up their rights or a lawyer… instead of knocking on the door and asking whoever answers “what seems to be the problem here?”
And if anyone so much as got suspended from school during their lives that completely justifies everything. Then spend months throwing that right back in the faces of anyone who questions police conduct calling the people they kicked around pathetic scumbag hoodlums that would never amount to anything and are better off removed from the streets before they could have done any real damage.
And of course, if we’re really going to even things out if anyone does get in trouble at school rather than call the parents like oh say if a white kid got caught with weed in their locker, was suspected of cheating on tests, made extremely threatening “jokes” about genocide, pulled a knife on another student, or like they sometimes do for even non-school related shenanigans like shoplifting, vandalism, molesting a sibling, and arson taken care of quickly enough to go largely unnoticed, they got the black kid treatment and got a team of officers to break their jaw with a billy club and drag them out of the class room for calling the kid who kept throwing erasers at him an asshole, suspended for refusing to stand for the pledge of allegiance even if that’s not actually against school rules and then arrested at their home for disrupting the class even though that’s not illegal and a few days late on the draw, or summarily expelled for passing grades because they were failing before and couldn’t possibly have improved on their own so they must be cheating, or arrested for “loitering” waiting for the school bus then punished for truancy. And if anything resembling an actual crime occurs? Stick them with hardened felons who teach them that this is all that life is ever going to do to them whether they follow the rules or not because the only thing anyone respects is money and power and you’re fooling yourself if you think the people who already have both will ever just let somebody already under their heels earn those things honestly. That’s a message that’s just going to get harder to resist as they keep going back in and experiencing a very one sided application of any kind of rules.
Also was George Floyd healthy and strong enough to put up enough resistance to warrant physical restraint (a level of resistance one does not exactly see in the video of his arrest) and the cops “dindu nuffins” by applying physical force… except apply enough of it to kill him… or was he so addled and destroyed by drugs that the simple excitement killed him so you can claim the officers “dindu nuffins” to contribute to his death? Apart from the caveat that applying the weight of an adult body to keep still a man in such a debilitated condition as you claim that he should have had difficulty moving under his own power being unwarranted and excessive and negligence to notice he was in dire need of medical attention even without further physical insult which he got instead of said medical attention?
