When she one night at a party catches the school’s #1 football hero, a guy similar to the character of Patrick Schwarzenegger in Moxie, raping a friend of hers after drugging her, she puts a curse on him. Her eyes light up and she growls “FEMALE!”
Every time this guy now falls asleep, he then wakes up a little more like a girl version of himself; bigger chest, smaller dick and balls, no more beard growth, steadily more feminine facial features and female soft skin.
He changes mentally as well, becoming male-attracted instead of female-attracted, that goes a lot faster and starts wanting to shave his/her legs.

Well, it’s fanart I found (so it’s a bit… exaggerated), but it’s fanart of Lilithmon X/Laylamon X from Digimon. And while there are some (okay, a lot) sexualized Digimon(*), at least this one makes perfect sense. Lilithmon IS the “Great Demon Lord of Lust”, after all.
