@DrPaulGosar I absolutely agree with your last sentence! But I would go one step further as there needs to be a strong deterrent, as evidenced by these convicted sex offenders re-entering the US illegally only a couple weeks after being deported: Pass a law that requires prosecution of the third arrest for illegally entering the country, and requires the death penalty!!!

ANYONE who flagrantly violates our immigration laws a third time, after being deported and told twice, will NEVER obey our laws if allowed to enter and stay. By federal lwas they are committing a federal felony after being deported once and illegally re-entering. Give the death penalty on the third violation. NO excuses. NO extenuating circumstances. Take a DNA sample each time so the identification is positive, and execute the 3 time violators!

Many countries around the world have capital punishment for one time illegal immigrants, there is no shame in doing it for three!
