Our technologies permit us to manipulate time and space
The head of the previous administration was so pro-real science, he had a piece of Moon rock as part of the decorations in the Oval Office brought back by Apollo astronauts who did so via what was - before the Large Hadron Collider going online - the most complex machine built then: the Saturn V vehicle. As did the Second Man on the Moon Dr. Buzz Aldrin, said head was wont to wear an Omega Speedmaster watch.
The head of the current adminifrustration can’t tell the present let alone predict the geopolitical future.
Meanwhile, NASA & Lockheed planned ahead. The former remembering that messrs. Armstrong, Aldrin & Collins had to use a computer in the Command Module that had just 32K of memory.
You can bet they ensured the computers in Orion will have as many Gigabytes of RAM they could cram into such: and way before 20th January 2025.
Our technologies permit us to manipulate time and space.
Cool fantasy bro. Come back once we can actually build our own Stargates, or Time Machines, or V’ger, or even ZPMs, and freely explore the entire universe in both past, present, and future, and build our own planets and artificial stars with limitless energy. Or even build a "matrioshka brain” with so much memory storage and processing power that it would be truly an omniscient machine god.
But until then, it remains just that. A fantasy.
cause things to grow
Unless you find a device that can cause Trump’s walnut brain and shriveled heart to suddenly grow three sizes, color me uninterested.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
