Yes, those two things are exactly the same. Sure. Being out and proud about your literal bigotry is exactly the same as coming out as a member of minority whose haters literally will try to copy the powerful moment of coming out just to put how much they hate them right in the proverbial face.

Meme culture is a last refuge of childish, controlling psychopaths, who believe themselves and their toxic “norms” to be the absolute judges of human civilization, unable to carry on a real argument about their vile orthodoxies, they instead reduce everything they possibly can to a couple simple pictures and then put their straw-ridden creations on full display, counting as they do, for the younger and less mentally experienced members of our species to take their “baits”, so to speak.

An actual "joke" is a jolt to your outlook, the way you see and think about things. Like, "I wonder what my dog named me?"
But conservative humor is an attemot to reinforce their outlook. It's saying, 'It's okay to be a homophobe, you have just as much a right to that outlook as a gay man has to be gay. Niw laugh, not that this is funny, but because the libs cannot argue against this logic. They are triggered!!!"
