There's an extremely good reason why r/Braincels was thrown out of the HTML helicopter that is Reddit: certainly why the resulting 'Incels' forum is on it's third domain. The... things that inhabit this particular wretched hive of scum and villainy are those that were banned from that forum.
One particular forum, 'Incelocalypse' lasted just 111 days . And that was hosted on a server in Russia; who knows, perhaps one owned by the Mafiya : Even Evil Has Standards indeed. Several other s(h)ites since then that promoted the same 'agenda': including 'Raping Girls Is Fun' & 'Rapey.su'.
I'll let you guess what created those.
