Leftists have been trying to invent a conspiracy that Collective Shout is secretly a "Christian" organization because they work with Catholics to ban porn, prostitution, that sort of thing. One of those dastardly villains must be behind it. Naturally they've also ignored the more liberal feminist lesbians they also work with.

Don't focus on CS. They're a willing patsy. They have no actual power in this, they're just the scapegoat to keep the (absolutely deserved) hate off of the payment processors.

Keep an eye on them, sure. But they aren't the target.

I could not have predicted the thing that happens every damn time.

As soon as they take away the fringe, they move inward in the circle of tolerated things until that circle becomes a bullseye on the thing the same censorious assholes wanted gone for you hits something they like.

Now they're suddenly against the censorship they gleefully attacked the thing you like with.

They're never satisfied with the fringe, they always want more. So when the fringe stuff is attacked, you know your shit is coming to be kicked too.

There has to be a proper term for this kind of ideological blindness. I just don't know it.
