The air in the lungs has mass. Old measurement methods were unreliable with a larger error range. The claim was that the weight of the person varied slightly after death. Even so, this could not be replicated reliably. You would then push the god of the gaps into the air anyway. Or in the leaking or evaporating water. Just like we haven't discovered a soul in the brain, so you will claim that the pineal gland is a gateway to the supernatural, without evidence. Or that the brain is only an antenna to the metaphysical soul, contradicting the evidence of neurology and the correlates of consciousness it has discovered. Motivated pseudointellectual pseudoscientific reasoning, to entertain dogmatic views, fantasies and to deny the reality of death.

It's not difficult to understand, except by "denial logic".

Have you witnessed how they're prone to infections, needing a special litter for a while? How it's painful, causing them to hesitate even when moving from a 1in object, as if it was a high jump down? I did. Do you know that without claws, they tend to bite more, increasing the odds of infections for family members? That if they need to climb to escape from a threat, they no longer can? If meeting another type of threat like a catfight, they're greatly disadvantaged?

If you know cats, you also know how they're curious and may sometimes find themselves outside even if you're generally careful. Then if they can go outside and have their regular vaccines and flea treatments, they're generally happier and healthier.

Ironically, you sound like the type who might try to feed only vegetables and grain to obligate carnivores, due to general ignorance.

Chicken is one of my favorite foods, there I admit that I don't look at materials showing their suffering everyday, that may not only disgust me but possibly also depress me. I suppose that it's a bit like the sanitary infrastructure I'm used to. Not being a plumber, when flushing organic material, it's almost like if it vanishes into another dimension. It may not, but I hope that the city management uses the best environmental and safety practices to deal with sewage.

I recycle and I isolate the materials of the same type together to ease sorting. I try to do what seems feasible.

I was born in a Christian high control cult with many taboos. It was abusive and made me realize that it could not be "God's organization" or "the truth". I was young and curious, Harry Potter didn't exist yet. I visited an esoteric library. I felt strange sensations because I was still so supertitious and anxious. But years later after practicing a few meditation, divination and magic forms and having re-studied the world's religions and the origins and formation of their holy texts, interestingly, I left that behind. I began to doubt in the supernatural and I was busy with practical things, work, a relationship, etc. I could explain more satisfactorily my own strong personal experiences, including what seemed to be spiritual or mystical. And I knew that to improve one's life, actual actions are needed, rather than praying or trying to manifest them with imaginary games. A number of years later I was strangely open to study geology and biology again. I had been seriously sick (likely SARS-1), hospitalized and then had some time to think and was reading on the various medical procedures, the Coronaviruses, etc. Eventually I was in awe when I finally understood evolution and how obvious it all was. I still can be. It really helps to understand life and much about us and our behaviors. More deeply than any philosophy or religious tradition. It's based on the observation of the real world.

As for gay people, I knew some since young without knowing they were and they would not tell me until much later. Because they knew that I was raised in a bigoted cult, the same as theirs in some cases. A few of my best friends are. It doesn't change anything to me. Who cares what people sometimes do in private when it's with consenting adults? Why should people and their lives be redefined by our own bigotry, because of what they may or may not be doing a few hours a week? Like if we all were sex-animals only, without a more complex life and other activities. Mind your own business, instead of ruining your health or that of others with obsessions... If to you, all gay people are bad people, it's because you've not actually known gay people. The same with magicians or people of other religions, in fact.

Knowledge, atheism and science are not diseases. On the other hand, religious indoctrination can produce irrationality and paranoia that is sometimes difficult to distinguish from clinical conditions such as psychosis. For the predisposed schizophrenics, it can hasten and worsen their condition. Some studies also show a correlation between chronic depression and religious cults. It's not difficult to understand: victims are often denied basic freedoms, isolated and manipulated with constant fatalist fear mongering and world alienation propaganda.

Pseudoscientific creationists tend to call this argument "Irreducible Complexity". It relies on ignorance, straw men of evolution and the denial of overwhelming evidence. Non-victims know that this is not how evolution works. About circulatory systems, they have evolved more than once and there are are various blood types, for instance some animals use hemocyanin instead of hemoglobin, there are closed and open circulatory systems, there's a lot of scientific literature about it. For Humans, just follow the phylogenetic tree's mammals path.

The distribution chain of those devices was intercepted to mine them with explosives by an operation. Batteries can catch fire and it's a difficult chemical fire to deal with, but it's really not the same type of explosion. It's also less likely when the quality of batteries and chargers is controlled (when it happens, it's usually when overcharging). So this is yet another lie in the climate change denial disinformation tradition.

There are other concerns with batteries, like sourcing their materials, recycling them, etc. They're not an alternative to fuel, they're part of the infrastructure supply chain. The energy used to recharge them often still comes from fossil fuels itself, that has to be diversified.

The end also promotes other climate change denial disinformation, like that the need to diversify is fabricated by a money making conspiracy. This projects the conspiracies of oil and car corporations and their disinformation. Look at the data, supporting the urgent need to mitigate emissions and global warming. Well, I know that this is too much to ask when they don't know where to look and keep falling on the bullshit served on a plate. Like this "TV" disinformation website.

Hystericals saying "they're here to kill us" often also means "let's act right now", which may be calling for arrests, attacks, etc. The second part is not explicit and remains speculative but this is very concerning, suggesting that terrorism targetting transgender people might occur. Some are also historians and helped to improve maintream, non-confessional theology, the one taught in independent universities. I'm sure that they have their personal beliefs, but most do not confuse natural formations with mythological objects and while they find mythology interesting, they understand that it's not history. And they know that your impossible ark wasn't even Noah's, but also Utnapishtim's... So I would not recommend Renner.

If you were a servant of Jesus Christ, you would not be promoting harmful lies. You would not need to claim to be, other people would be able to assess it by your fruits and miracles. So there is one true religion? Why are all of them claiming to be the true one, then? And why are most, if not all of them, also promoting falsehoods? Then of course, classic projection. Atheists can be in any religion or none, but atheism is not a religion, only the position that gods are unlikely to exist. If your religion is the true one, why are you lying about atheism? For me, that's more evidence that it could not be the true one. It may also suggest that you are not a good public representative of your religion, tainting its reputation by promoting incoherent nonsense in its name...

Also, if your concern is genuine about saving people from a doctrine you believe in, Hell: why would a just god torment someone for eternity for not having been able to provide evidence of their existence to them? Atheists are not necessarily evil monsters, some even appear to have higher ethics than many who profess to be religious. But this could be a good argument that your imaginary god would be a monster. Then, not all Christians believe in Hell. How can a non-believer "repent"? Non-belief is a "sin"? It seems to me that you should be preaching to murderers in prison, instead of demonizing people and atheism on the web. Admitting that your opinions are beliefs is one step, but asserting that you don't care about alternatives, means that you also reject facts that are not just opinions. It's not just "what other people think", so "I don't care if you disagree" means refusing to be open to learn. It's not about disagreeing, many people can help to correct your misconceptions, if you are willing to learn. Other people cannot change your attitude or approach to reality for you... The straw men of evolution presented in your arguments were particularly uninformed. I too, was very misled and confused about biology and our origins at that age. I wasn't open to question my pseudoscientific creationist arguments until much later, actually. My mind had been corrupted by the cult I was born into and its misleading, intellectually dishonest literature.

According to one comment the forum was being invaded by incels. But it seems that it was one of the premices of the online incel radicalization movement. It's not impossible that exterior agents helped to increase tensions, as incel forums have also shared random political extremism and terrorist material. Then there likely are random mocking trolls seeking entertainment. But it's also vulnerable to terrorist recruitment because it's often frequented by young people who consider themselves misfits. Some comments suggest "go back to your forum", but this is actually toxic to them. Instead of seeking professional help that they could benefit from, it's a dip in persecution complex and radicalization, the reinforcement and conditioning of psychopathy, etc. Related is the "men's rights" movement that attempts to radicalize vulnerable youth using influencers (Peterson and Tate come to mind among others), to justify patriarchy with a pseudo-intellectual movement and advocate for the retrogradation of ethics like equal rights (true feminism). It seems that like for TERFs, incels feed on straw men built on the worst (a radical minority, the misandrists and misogynists), to promote a sex war, hasty generalizations and scapegoat the whole gender and demonize society, often also Western institutions in general, especially supported by foreign interference (and domestic, i.e. TPA, Groypers, etc.) trolling. Probably fitting on FSTDT, as it's a type of irrational fallacious fundamentalism...
