1. There was no stolen election in 2020 no matter how much you claim there was. You haven’t found a shred of evidence in the last 8 months. Let. It. Go.
2. Trump was an asshole before COVID but his lack of leadership caused the death of 500,000 Americans. Of course we’re traumatized from his term! He tried did nothing but cause chaos up to and including trying to subvert our democracy!!
3. Republicans have done nothing but try and destroy everything since Biden became president. Gov Abbot literally signed a law that would give civilians the authority to enforce an abortion ban in Texas, from anywhere in the US. We have states and counties that are trying to declare themselves “2nd Amendment sanctuaries”! How is that “normal, stable and calm”?!
4. Fine, small businesses were affected by the lockdowns. The assholes who tried to operate and were fined for it are still assholes, as well as the ones who refused to demand people use masks.
5. The governments had plenty of pushback for it. In Michigan, a group wanted to kidnap, torture, put on a show trial and execute Governor Whitmer. Kentucky legislature challenged Gov Beshears’ emergency powers over how he used them during the pandemic.
6. Vaccines work to keep infection from spreading. It helps those who can’t get vaccines due to health problems or because they’re too young.
7. What great economy? He tried to pick a fight with Canada over lumber and dairy.
