Yeah, that seems to be the problem with Trump’s Truth Social too. That stupid communist idea of “free speech for everyone”. Way too woke.

Don’t forget Netflix’s own response to this of raising their prices. And I can’t help but think some of it might also have to do with things outside of Netflix’s own sphere of influence, including our lack of net neutrality in the US, resulting in Verizon for one being able to charge their customers extra to get the internet speeds they already paid for, specifically for Netflix.
Netflix is no longer the singular provider of their service and the competitors that picked up from their losses are by and large the current targets of your outrage against “woke” content.
NRA TV sure as hell isn’t dominating streaming services in their place.

No, it's probably due to their crackdown on shared accounts, raising their prices and making the fatal decision to start showing ads. You know, bad business decisions. That they have a couple of queer and/or non-white characters isn't the reason.
Blockbuster thought they were invincible: until competition came along in the form of Netflix. 'Tis inevitable that they would have competition: Amazon. Disney+. Hulu. CBS.

I think “woke” might be the new “creeping Sharia” meme. I swear every news story I see online the minute I take a look at the comments somebody attributes something to “woke” thinking. Doesn’t matter what the fuck the story is, somebody somehow sees a problem and it’s due to somebody being “woke” in some way. What the hell does it mean any more? It’s not “seeing how something might be offensive or how events are spun to be more flattering to one demographic at the expense of others” or even “not actively being an asshole” it’s a fucking verbal tic now.
