That is the role of the DOJ, but the DOJ is now a political arm of the Democrat party.

What will you do about this amnesty rumor I keep hearing of? If that goes through, you will lose your base that party takes for granted now. Were already looking at state level solutions to countering this coup the Dems have pulled off.
