No, "they" don't call it that. I've literally heard no one say "c-virus". It's Corona, or COVID-19. Or, if you're a dumbass, "the Chinese virus."

But seriously, just because it’s neither the (fictional) T-Virus or G-Virus or any of the other Progenitor Virus variants does NOT mean COVID-19 is in any way harmless and fictional as well. It may not turn you into mutant zombies, but I’d wager a lot of people who barely survived COVID-19 would probably prefer that. It’s a GENUINE pandemic of a lethal viral infection, and until citizens (and some governments) finally start taking the threat seriously, we will never defeat it in time.

There’s a new strain of T Virus floating around, & it’s nearly as bad as the other T Virus. It may not mutate you into a flesh eating monster, but it does cause rapid, irreversible brain atrophy, the inability to distinguish between enemy & ally (unless it’s the A Virus), sudden outbursts of anger & some subjects display orange tinted skin. Advanced cases have large flapping jowls,baby hands & a tiny puckered mouth that resembles a prolapsed anus. Education is the best vaccine for the T Virus because recovery rates are very low.
Luckily there’s no P Virus. That could turn all the men into white haired, self loathing gay men married to oblivious women nicknamed Mother. It would also result in a drastic drop in intelligence & uncontrollable sycophancy. Clearly the best way to contain this mass outbreak is to herd all potential subjects into an abandoned Wal Mart in Texas & have them disposed of. Since we have no linear launcher, fire will have to suffice.

Yet you think it's a conspiracy Flicking through the channels, I chanced upon Russia Today's programme with Jesse Ventura. He was highlighting the fact that so many Trumptards think that masks aren't effective against spreading Coronavirus. He concluded with this:
