Since last month i have been smelling mustard everywhere 24/7. And i do ask everyone if they smell it too but the negate the presence of any such odour. Can it be spiritual? Does it hold any spiritual importance?

It could be related to spirituality. In the sense that you invest so much of your time in new age woo, you forgot to change the shirt you wear since you ate that hotdog last month.

This person should go see a doctor. I think I remember once learning that brain tumors can cause you to smell things that aren't there.

Have you washed your mask out? Other than what everybody else suggested, that’s the only thing I can think of.

A brain tumor can press against neighboring parts of brain, triggering signals there as if they just came from remote nerves. Hence, a tumor in or near the section of the brain handling olfactory senses can end up making you basically hallucinate smells.
