It shows that whites receive 62.7% of SNAP benefits while Black people receive 27%. And native-born citizens make up 87.8% of SNAP recipients while the foreign-born are only 12.2%.

As with any state or federal poverty program, the bulk of the beneficiaries are white folk. Reducing or ending these programs in order to "punish" minorities will hurt far more poor white citizens.
