Joe Biden can try to govern with a phone and a pen, but as Texas reminded us all yesterday, we are a nation of laws.
Biden's whims don't trump the Constitution.

I’d rather he govern with a pen than over Twitter, like some people we know. Also, as they say, the pen is mightier than the sword, or gun in this case, since his pens seem to scare Boebert more than her guns scare us. She’s got about 3 or 4 other tweets from the past couple days specifically about Biden and his pens.
Donald Fart governed by Tweet. And could only use a Sharpie.
Biden's pen & the Constitution trumps Trump: whine more, Buboe.

Their AG just stopped Biden’s 100 day deportation moratorium. Because, you know, it’s not like we have important things to do or anything. I love how right wingers seem to be completely fine with wasting resources as long as it’s being done to harm people they don’t like.

Before Trump left office, his guys at DHS signed an agreement stating that the US government would not change anything about immigration without getting permission from Texas (and a few other deep red states). So when Biden signed the executive order halting deporations for 100 days, Texas sued, claiming them to be in breach of the agreement Trump signed before he left, becuase Biden didn’t ask Texas for permission.
EVERY Constitutional scholar asked about this has stated that there’s no way the agreement the DHS signed could be legal, since that would give states power over other states, but when has ordering around other states stopped unindicted felon Ken Paxton?
Neither do yours, you fucking Plague RRRRRRRRRRRat. Go home & masturbate with your gun barrel. You know you want to.
And fuck Texas, America’s hemorrhoid. Sorry Texas, but your state ain’t right.
You’re right the whims of the POTUS doesn’t trump the Constitution, and this is why the pitiful Trump’s attempts at a self-coup were defeated by the other banck of the Federal government, including officials he nominated (this is why the mob you led through the Capitol wanted to murder Pence).
Confused?
