Uhm, correct me if I’m wrong, but unless I’m missing something, isn’t it usually the right-wingers who insist on using fossil fuels no matter how scarce or expensive they become? Likewise, isn’t it the right-wingers who tend to be opposed to stuff like solar and wind energy, which is ultimately very cheap to produce?

You just forgot poorer societies might have more issues with paying for protecting themselves of the consequences of said climate change: less available money for infrastructure, agriculture and the needed welfare for those victims.

I recommend #conspiracy. Disinformation for racism, climate change denial and puppet of the oil industry, promoting false straw men conspiracy theories to substitute reality and knowledge of the issues with.

Climate change only appears to be a rich white liberal concern because that's how conservatives have labeled it. Believe me, we're all going to feel its effects, even if the rich can afford better protection. We share the same planet after all.
