I love how he takes one truth (that isn’t really particularly true, except as far as the current state of the planet) and completely misses the point.
Yes, absolutely, CO2 is good for the planet, as it’s a necessary component for photosynthesis. Without it, plants wouldn’t exist. Too much though makes it difficult for animals to breathe, and also traps significantly more heat inside the atmosphere. We need some, not a lot. It needs to be much better balanced than it currently is.

I know what you mean, but actually, for the planet itself, as such, the CO2 concentration is totally irrelevent. The planet could survive easily with 90% CO2 in the atmosphere or with no atmosphere at all. Life on the planet, however, wouldn’t like that one bit. The planet would be much more like Venus or Mars. When people say “we have to save the planet”, technically they’re wrong. We just have to maintain the present state of the planet. A slight change and we’re all dead. Earth will still be here, merrily rotating the Sun, turning on it’s axis, not missing life one bit. ;-)

That’s right. ‘Save the planet’ is used in the meaning ‘save humanity and who knows how many other life forms from at worst going extinct’.

The reason the polar region, including Greenland, have become a source of national conflict is that, with the pole caps melting due to climate change, ressources that had previously been protected by the ice become ripe for the plundering.
My guess is that he has advisors who realise that cllimate change is true, but are so greedy and selfish that they only care about the business opportunities it opens up in the short term. And after that? Après moi, le déluge! Let the devil take the hindmost!

Yes, I agree totally, that’s the main issue for most of them. They should all have bumper stickers saying “Fuck the planet, save my SUV!”
Since we all know creepily perverse so many of these climate change deniers are, Greta should charge them mega money to literally spank them, in public or private. She could live the high life while donating ⅔ or her loot to environmental causes.

If that was the case; Rosewood, FL. and "Black Wall Street" in Tulsa, OK. would have make bigoted whites would've reconsidered all their dumb theories about black people. Instead; Whites got mad and zoarched those places off the map.

Fun Fact: South Yorkshire's just gone through another round of flooding over Friday and Saturday, similar to what happened in 2007. Apparently those living around the River Don will just have to get used to having sludge in their house. And this could also happen to anyone around the River Aire too, given that's alarmingly high and fast flowing.
But apparently climate change isn't happening.
