Old Hippie’s Advice on the Edge of World War 3

I just left another gathering.
Supposed to be sacred.
Supposed to be community.
Supposed to be the people who “get it.”

But as I sat there…
listening to the same phrases,
the same drumbeats,
the same egos doing their thing in spiritual clothing…

…I saw it again.

The truth no one wants to admit:

We are not well.

I don’t just mean emotionally or politically.
I mean biologically.
Energetically.
Systemically.

We are inflamed.
Calcified.
Infected.
Numbed.
Medicated.
Pretending.

Even in the “awakened” circles —
especially there.
Leaders who can quote the stars, but can’t feel their liver.
Healers who won’t question the narrative.
Free spirits who eat what kills them and call it grounding.

And the gatherings reflect that.
You feel it in the air.
No clarity.
No charge.
No truth.

Just clogged fields trying to align.
It doesn’t work.

You can smudge it.
You can chant over it.
You can wear crystals on your third eye…

But if your body is blocked, your peace is fake.
<...>
But damn…
at the edge of World War 3, you’d think we’d finally realize:

You can’t build peace on a congested nervous system.
You can’t raise your frequency if your gut is rotting.
You can’t preach love if your lymph hasn’t moved in a decade.

Here’s what I see, as one tired hippie who’s been at this a while:

You can’t make peace with others
until you stop making war inside your own body.

You can’t be sovereign
while outsourcing your health.

You can’t embody light
while calcified, parasitized, and spiritually disconnected from your own tissues

I’m not saying I have the answer.
But I’ve seen enough to know this:

If we want peace — real peace —
we have to get clean.
Not just morally.
Not just politically.
Cellularly. Energetically. Physically.

And it starts with you.
Not your post.
Not your prayer.
Not your performance.

But your breath.
Your bowels.
Your courage to stop numbing and start clearing.
<...>
So clear.
Clear like peace depends on it.

Because it does.

So that the dead do not consume the living.
