Australian school insists it will only recognize students' 'biological sex'

A Christian school in Australia is asking parents to sign an enrolment contract that requires students to follow gender roles of their “biological sex.”

With the school year beginning Feb. 7, Citipointe Christian College in Brisbane sent the contracts to parents detailing that it will not recognize gender identity — only the gender assignment given at birth.

“We believe that any form of sexual immorality (including but not limited to adultery, fornication, homosexual acts, bisexual acts, bestiality, incest, pedophilia, and pornography) is sinful and offensive to God and is destructive to human relationships and society,” states part of the contract, obtained by the Daily Mail.
Parents were given a week’s notice to agree to the school’s terms.

“Whilst each student is individually valued and equally encouraged to pursue opportunities in both academic and co-curricular activities, I/we agree that, where distinctions are made between male and female (inclusive of, but not limited to, for example, uniforms, presentation, terminology, use of facilities and amenities, participation in sporting events and accommodation) such distinctions will be applied on the basis of the individual’s biological sex,” the contract reads.

It then goes on to state that failure to agree to the terms could lead to a student’s expulsion, or in contract speak, will “afford Citipointe Christian College the right to exclude a student from the college who no longer adheres to the college’s doctrinal precepts including those as to biological sex.”

In a statement posted on the school’s website, principal and pastor Brian Mulheran said the school “has always held these Christian beliefs,” but went on to contradict the contract’s wording, saying, “Citipointe does not judge students based on their sexuality or gender identity and we would not make a decision about their enrolment in the College solely on that basis.”

A co-founder of Black Lives Matter Toronto argued that white people are “recessive genetic defects” and purportedly mused about how the race could be “wiped out,” according to a post on what appears to be her Facebook page.

Yusra Khogali has faced increased scrutiny over the past year after BLM Toronto gained political influence following their disruption of the Toronto Pride parade and confrontations with Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne.

She also faced controversy in the news for a tweet posted a year ago stating: “Plz Allah give me strength to not cuss/kill these men and white folks out here today.”

While these remarks alarmed many Canadians, they pale in comparison to a statement numerous sources forwarded to the Sun that Khogali appears to have posted on Facebook in late 2015.

“Whiteness is not humxness,” the statement begins. “infact, white skin is sub-humxn.” The post goes on to present a genetics-based argument centred on melanin and enzyme.

“White ppl are recessive genetic defects. this is factual,” the post reads towards the end. “white ppl need white supremacy as a mechanism to protect their survival as a people because all they can do is produce themselves. black ppl simply through their dominant genes can literally wipe out the white race if we had the power to.”

To any supporters of the Human Right Commissions ... please answer me a question ... where are the rights of the *landlord* in all this? Must he rent to Islamic freaks who would want their own prayer room at no extra charge? Or to someone with HIV, or an ex-con, even if their might be kids or others renting from him?
Where does his property rights find expression and affirmation according to these diversity and inclusivity sideshow geeks? Doesn't he have right of refusal? He owns the building after all. He pays taxes on it. What has the HRC of any province ever created except lots and lots of stupid rulings.
Let's not forget Moosa Jiwaji of the Alberta Human Rights Commission who tried to lower the quality of engineering professionals in that province because one 3rd rate immigrant engineer's complaints touched his excluded muslim heart. Read up on that one.

The Gay Media are asking all of North America to allow them the equivalent of passing final judgment on Phil Robertson for his comments. I for one can not do that and I would never pass judgment on a gay person for espousing his or her rights. Why do some people feel the overarching need to do this. Every community has it's nut jobs but c'mon people. Let the man have his job back. Hasn't he apologized enough yet???? The unofficial poll on this site is almost 10 to 1 against his removal. I wanted to mention that the reason why these sex attacks are continuously happening is because the Canadian laws, which gives too much freedom to women, are the cause of these sex attacks. It has been revealed that every 5 seconds a woman is being sexually assaulted in North America. Women in North America are falling victims of the Democratic Freedom that you they passionly believe in. The reason why a woman gets raped is because of the way she dress. Women dress so provocatively so much that they receive too much attention for themselves and that attention at times leads to death.

If the law enforcements and the Canadian politicians were very serious about solving this problem, they would introduce laws that would make it illegal for women to dress provocatively in the streets. It is true that many people would object to this if that were to happen. and this will definitely create protests and opposition. However by arresting sexual predators is not going to solve the problem because as long women continue to dress like this there will always be perverts and rapist who will continue to remain on the loose.

I am suggesting that Toronto becomes the first City in North America to introduce laws that would make it illegal for women to dress provocatively. If we do this the other cities would follow.

You should take your example from the way Muslim women dress. Why does Muslim women who wear long dress and covers her head aren’t targeted for sex attacks? Why is it that Rapists and sexual predators only target women that dress so provocatively? Because Muslim women have nothing to show in regards to her body.

Const. Michael Sanguinetti was right when he said that” women should avoid dressing like sluts in order not to be victimized.”
