It is a federal crime to kill a bald eagle. This protection extends to bald eagle eggs, as the law makes no distinction between unborn and born bald eagles. Democrats quite literally believe that unborn eagles have more worth than unborn humans. They have codified it into law.

You know what? I'm going to take the controversial position that they do have more worth based solely on scarcity.
Humans are not scarce, and people on the right treat them as if they're disposable after they're born. All of this talk about the sanctity of life is just a cover over a more sinister agenda to punish women. If Republicans truly cared about fetuses, there would be better prenatal care out there for women who are pregnant - paid for, happily, in part by Republicans. They could get the extra money by taxing churches.
This is a complete non-sequitur though. Humans aren't wild animals. The thing is Republicans aren't responsible for saving the bald eagle, or pretty much any animal. They are staunchly anti-conservation and anti-environmental regulations.
Democrats want to make sure people don't poison the water supply with fracking and dumping toxic waste, Republicans don't care.
Republicans (least majority of the elected leaders) hate social nets, education, Healthcare, workers' rights, and things that would make life good for the population.
Republicans care only about an embryo or fetus. Right after birth, their life has no worth. So fuck you Matt Walsh.
Since they happen to be that much rarer and precious to preserve, just about yeah, we are trying to protect them. Every potential fertile egg is precious just to continue the species.
Homo sapiens sapiens meanwhile, more common than a fucking mosquito these days, why in fact it very much looks like we are currently overpopulating this world to hell and FORCING our women to breed is a terrible idiocy on top of being a gross abuse of their most fundamental rights as fully sapient beings(which bald eagles are not).
So yeah, a potential life of a bald eagle is worth more for the sake of preserving this planet and its ecosystems than a potential life of another human being, while we have piles of kids in the system anyway, waiting for a home. You can disagree but honestly, I don’t give a shit if you do.

Um, eggs have been born. THey’re out of the mother’s body. The eagle hasn’t hatched, but they no longer depend directly on the mother’s womb for life.
This is just showing that Democrats care MORE about babies than Republican fuckers.

Humans are not an endangered or protected species.
Also a human has a say in what happens. A bald eagle does not.
It is not the same thing.
