Hypothesis: KW Miller is a sane person living in some rather odd universe within the Marvel Multiverse where, among other things, Wakanda is a republic, but his tweets somehow end up in our universe’s internet, where they make no sense.

Maybe he plans to create a country called"wakanda" by threatening to invade (or just flat out invading) a bunch of African nations during his 2 terms as American president?
