Yeah, gonna need you to call up all the collected evidence for each one of these generally-accepted-conditions and refute it all, then. Otherwise you’re just fingers-in-ears naysaying.

Well, for the Earth-As-Globe we took some of those experiments out of the textbooks and conducted them and they worked.
So, NOT just ‘stuff someone wrote, but evidence i’ve actually experienced.
Also, consider the size of the conspiracy to HIDE a Flat Earth. They can’t just depend on everyone staying convinced. They have to induct pilots, and geologists, and cartographers… SO manny people do things that might stumble on the truth of the truthiness that it’s not a CONSPIRACY, it’s the main industry of the entire human race.

We can measure Earth’s spin directly with modern gyroscopes. A Flat Earth group was completely unable to make such a gyro give them results that supported their theory.

Used to go to Bear Lake in Idaho. It’s wide enough that from one side’s beach you can’t see the beach on the other side due to the curve. But if you climb the hill above the beach, you can.
