If you actually knew anything about the Jewish faith you would know that it doesn’t ban abortion. Among the radical fundamentalist Jews they are more likely to mandate abortion then forbid it. Taking the principle that a living woman's life is more valuable then the potential child's life strictly and demanding abortion in cases where child birth puts the woman at extra risk.

This made me wonder if there is actually any “official” stance on trans people within Judaism. By my (admittedly very quick and shallow) research, most branches of Orthodox Judaism conform to the idea of a strict gender/sex binary, while most branches of Reform Judaism have long held that Adam was originally androgynous and that “gender fluid” individuals should be accepted and embraced. The term “gender fluid” in this context is a broad category referring to anyone who doesn’t fit in a strict gender/sex binary (including trans people) not genderfluid people specifically.

I’m not sure you could really make a religious argument there which wouldn’t be better done as a secular one, but it could at least reasonably be framed as one.

The argument appears to be about someone supposedly abusing the religious legal framework to push abortionism. Ideally, that shouldn't work either if freedom of religion is applied correctly as well as the separation of church and state: it can simply remain a human civil rights issue. When it's pro-choice, people who don't want an abortion for religious considerations can obviously decide not to have one. So of course the Hate Child's stance is that they want their own religion imposed on everyone, not only as a taboo belief, but as theocratic law enforcement. Unfortunately, it seems that corruption at this level is rampant in some US states who reject most things federal except money, and make what they want of the constitution, like with Biblical scripture...
