Well, to suggest Ivermectin as a treatment for ALS is less random than using it for Covid-19. After all, it is a neurotoxin. Granted, one that only works on channels that in mammals only occur beyond the blood-brain barrier which it generally cannot cross (which is what makes it suitable as an antiparasitic drug), and one whose symptoms when it does manage to get into the CNS (by being taken with certain other medications or in massive overdoese, which certainly is not out of question for these folks) do not strike me as a plausible counter to ALS…

This is the first I've heard that the Covid vaccine can trigger ALS, but I guess when you're inventing anti-science conspiracies, anything goes.

There is zero evidence that any vaccine can cause ALS. ALS is a genetic disease caused by the mutation of genes. Scientists don't know the complete cause but know vaccines do not cause it.
