We must, to the extent possible, separate Communist Cities from the people who actually work to support their families. Failure to do so will result in Civil War. Our Constitution and the people who work demand that the Federal Establishment AKA Government stop all payments to states for all reasons not enumerated in the US Constitution. The Federal Establishment would then return a large proportion of income taxes collected in a state to that state. States would then assume their Constitutional responsibility for state functions that have been unlawfully usurped by the Federal Establishment.

Most importantly, the states would then assume financial responsibility for their Communist cities and Illegal Invaders. This would greatly reduce the probability of a Civil War between working MAGA people and able- bodied non-working Communists and their illegal Invaders in Communist Cities, which are also Sanctuary Cities. We know that Communism fails when it runs out of other people’s money, and we want to expedite that failure before we have a Civil War between productive workers and parasitic Communists.

The previous statements are based on the foundational principles set forth in our Constitution, and returns it to the proper legal relationship between the States and the Federal Establishment AKA Government. The wrongful Income Tax caused the problem, now let it righteously prevent a Civil War.

My prediction of a Civil War between MAGA people and Communists/Illegal Invaders is very realistic and has already started in several major Communist cities.

The FBI should arrest those who are financing the insurrectionists to commit Treason. If the FBI fails, disband it and replace with Militia of the Several States, as specified in Constitution. Their failure constitutes Treason in itself!
