The truth is that the Jane Doe supporters wish she was assaulted more than wishing she was not, which proves their compassion is not out of care for her but just performative.

There has been so much back and forth regarding the Cornell 7 allegations. The side which is supportive of Jane Doe loves to preach about believing her, and the other side is quite skeptical and/or calling it a false accusation. The odd thing is people care more about being right on the internet than about her well being, and are therefore rooting for her to have been raped, and would be disappointed if she wasn’t. This proves these people don’t care about her but are just being performative so they can shout “I am Jane Doe” for attention and hating on men, similar to picking the bear.
