The guy saw a picture of Wendy and… decided that this was a trans Ronald McDonald. He spent nearly an hour ranting in our lobby to any customer who came in about how “woke-ism” was out of control.

Customer: “Ronald is trans now! RONALD MCDONALD! THIS IS TRANS RONALD!”

The fact that both have an apostrophe in their names would confuse the terminally stupid. Now, is the character in that establishment’s logo that of Ronald McDonald?

I've honestly seen this joked about before in various memes as well, with it being Ted Cruz, Ben Sharpio, or other figures.

If it actually happened (or is claimed too. It source seems dodgy at best and a short search doesn't turn up anything) would be just... the dumbest sort of shit. Walking into a building, not reading the name and being hyper fixated on a gal who's been on billboards and signs for decades? Fucking hell.

No, it's another way to stick it to conservatives, because apparently we liberals have nothing better to do.

It does sound kind of like the fake story where there was a highway crash and some helium-filled human-shaped balloons escaped from a truck which was transporting them, and some woman was hysterical because she didn’t get raptured with everyone else. On the other hand, very little is off the table when it comes to human behavior, so who knows?
